Özet

Bu çalısma, ergenlerin ruhsal durumları, baglanma stilleri arasındaki iliskinin arastırılması ve ebeveyn tutumlarının baglanma stillerine etkisinin degerlendirilmesi amacı ile yapılmıs, tanımlayıcı tipte bir arastırmadır. Arastırma, subat-haziran 2006 tarihleri arasında zmir ili metropolünde yer alan tabakalı örneklem yöntemi ile belirlenmis, resmi ilkögretim okullarının 4,5,6,7,8'inci sınıflarında egitim gören 11-15 yasları arasındaki basit tesadüfi yöntemle seçilmis 384 ergen ve onların ebeveynleri ile yürütülmüstür. Arastırmacı tarafından zmir Milli Egitim Müdürlügünden gerekli izinler alındıktan sonra ebeveynleri tarafından arastırmaya katılımı onanan ve arastırmayı sürdürecek düzeyde ruhsal iyilik düzeyine sahip olan ergenler ile yüz yüze görüsülerek, sosyo demografik özelliklerinin yer aldıgı degerlendirme formu, Güçler ve Güçlükler Anketi, liski Ölçekleri Anketinden olusan ergen formu, ergenlerin ebeveynlerine ise ebeveyne ait Sosyo-Demografik Veri Formu ve Aile Hayatı ve Çocuk Yetistirme Tutumu Ölçegi uygulanmıstır. Elde edilen verilerin sayı, yüzde dagılımı, ortalama, standart sapma ve minmax degerleri hesaplanmıstır. Bagımlı ve bagımsız degiskenler arasındaki iliskiyi belirlemek üzere ANOVA ve Mann-whitney U testi, ındependent t testi, Kruskal Wallis korelasyon ve stepwise regresyon analizi kullanılmıstır. Arastırma sonunda güvenli baglanma ile duygusal semptom, dikkat eksikligi ve asırı hareketlilik, akran sorunları, sosyal davranıslar, total güçlük skoru ile olumsuz yönde, korkulu baglanma ile duygusal semptom ve total güçlük skoru ile olumlu yönde; saplantılı baglanma ile duygusal semptom, dikkat eksikligi ve asırı hareketlilik, sosyal davranıslar, total güçlük skoru ile olumlu yönde bagıntı saptanmıstır. Ayrıca liski Ölçekleri Anketinin korkulu baglanma alt boyutu ile aile hayatı ve çocuk yetistirme tutumu ölçeginin baskı ve disiplin alt boyutu arasında pozitif yönde, saplantılı baglanma alt boyutunda asırı annelik ve demokratik tutum alt ölçekleri ile olumsuz yönde korelasyon saptanmıstır. Elde edilen sonuçlar dogrultusunda baglanma sorunları olan ergen ailelerine psikiyatri hemsiresi tarafından yapılandırılmıs, destekleyici, terapötik bir ruhsal destek programının verilmesi ile ergenin çevresi ile güvenli iliskiler kurması saglanabilecekti

This research is a descriptive field study conducted in order to investigate of the relationship between adolescence attachment style and adolescence mental health and was to evaluate the effect of parent attitude on attachment style. The research was carried on 384 adolescence, between 11-15 years old, chosen with the simple randomly method. In this research, population has been composed of 4th , 5th, 6th, 7th, 8th grade elementary education students-selected by randomly- who have attended governmental school in zmir Metropolitan between february ?june 2006. The voluntary sampling method used from the in stratified sampling methods. Sociodemographic knowledge form, Strength and Difficulties Questionniare, Relationship scale questionaire was applied to adolescence who have mental wellbeing to maintaining participating and getting informed consent from adolescence?s parents and Sociodemographic Knowledge Form, Parental Attitude Research Instrument was applied to adolescence?s parents. After givin permission by the researcher from National Education Ministry in zmir. Data were collected through a face to face from adolescences . According to the data obtained in the research, number and percentage distribuitons, mean, standart deviation, min max values were calculated. One-Way Anova tests, Mann-whitney U, Kruskal Wallis, ındependent sample t test, partial correlation, stepwise regression analysis were used to determine the relation between dependent variables and independent variables At the end of the research, There was negative correlation between secure attachment style and prosocial behaviour, emotional symptoms, hyperactivity/ inattention, peer relationship problems, conduct problems, total difficulties scores and whereas there was a positive correlation between fearful attachment style and emotional symptoms, total difficulties scores. Significant positive correlations were found between dismissed attachment style and emotional symptoms, hyperactivity/inattention, prosocial behaviour, total difficulties scores. Also there was a significant positive correlation between fearful attachment style and oppression and discipline subscales of The Parental Attitude Research Instrument scale and there was a negative correlation between dismissed attachment style and Overeager mother, Egalitarianism and democratic attitude subscales. According to the results of this study, In order to given the therapeutic, structured mental support program by psychiatric nursing to adolescences family who have attachment problem.
