Özet

Çocuk figürü incelenirken, konu, çocukluk kavramının tarihsel ve toplumsal gelişimi, çocuk figürünün ele alınış şekli ve sebepleri resim sanatı çerçevesinde irdelenmiştir. Önce genel anlamda, Mısır, Antik Yunan Roma Medeniyeti içinde çocuk figürünü resimsel gelişim sürecini, daha sonra ortaçağ, ve sonrası dönemleri kronolojik sıralamayı dikkate alarak 19. yüzyılın sonlarına kadar incelenmiştir.Türk Resmini başlangıçtan itibaren ele alarak ise 'tasfir ya da suret' yasağının figür konusuna getirdiği anlam ve biçim boyutunu ve bu bağlamda çocuk figürü incelenmiştir. Çağdaş Türk Resim sanatının oluşum süreci ve figür yorumlaması, çocuk figürünün resimdeki yeri içerik ve biçim açısından ele alınmıştır.İslam dininde peygamber tasfiri yapmak günah sayılırken figür yasağı sanısına yol açması figüratif resmin önemini yitirmesine yol açmıştır. Ancak süsleme sanatları gelişmiş ve minyatür resmi önem kazanmıştır. Minyatür tekniği çok büyük boyutlarda anlatıma izin vermediğinden tarih kitaplarının resimlenmesiyle sınırlı kalmıştır. Buradaki çocuk yetişkinlerin kıyafetlerinin benzerlerini giyen figürler olarak, sadece daha küçük boyutta yer almış, yetişkinler kadar ağır başlı gibi resmedilmiştir. Türk resim sanatında çocuk daha çok güncel yaşamın bir parçası olarak görülürken Türk resim sanatında çocuğu gerçek varlığıyla görebilmek yağlıboya resim sanatı ile belirginlik kazanmış ve güncel yaşamın bir parçası olarak yer almıştır.Türk resim sanatındaki figüratif çalışmalarda sanatçılar batı resim sanatında ki figür çalışmalarından etkilenmişlerdir. Hatta Çağdaş Türk Resim sanatının başlangıç dönemlerinde, batı resmindeki figüratif örneklerden yorumlamalarla resimde figür kullanılmıştır. Dolayısıyla bilinçli ya da bilinçsiz olarak resimde figürlerin oranları batıdaki ölçülerin kullanılmış ve yorumlanmış, aynı durum çocuk figürü içinde geçerli olmuştur.Çağdaş Türk Resim Sanatı'nda ise figür batı etkisi ile yer almış ve zaman içinde teknik, biçim ve içerik açısından birçok iç dinamiğin etkisiyle özgün kimliğine kavuşmuştur. Çocuk figürü ise aynı süreci yaşayarak resimdeki yerini almıştır.Bu çalışmada Çağdaş Türk Resmi kronolojik sıraya dikkat edilerek 198 çocuk konulu eser yer almıştır. Bu eserlerin bir bölümü, oluşum süreci sanat ortamını etkileyen sosyal, siyasal ve sanatsal sebepleri ile incelenmiştir. 33 resim ise, sanatçısı, olgusal, ifadesel ve teknik açıdan detaylandırılarak anlatılmıştır. Yapıtların seçiminde dönemi içinde farklılığı ile öne çıkan eserler olmasına dikkat edilmiştir.

When the child figure is examined, the subject is probed within the framework of the art of painting, historical and social development, the way and reasons the child figure is handled. First, by taking into consideration in the general sense, the child figure?s artistic development process is analyzed until the end of 19th century within Egypt, Antique Greece, Roman Civilization and then later middle ages and the periods after that in chorological order.Turkish painting is handled from the beginning, and the meaning and dimension of the form is analyzed, brought on by `description or appearance? prohibition. Process of formation of Contemporary Turkish Painting and the interpretation of figures, the place of child figure in the painting, is evaluated from the point of its subject, shape and contents.While describing the prophet is considered as a sin in Islam Culture, the fact that its causing the assumption of prohibition of figures, has caused the figurative painting to lose its importance. However, decorative art has developed and the miniature painting gained importance. Since miniature technique does not allow descriptions of large dimension, it was limited to the paintings in the history books. The child in miniatures took place as a figure wearing the similar outfits to adults and only in smaller dimensions, and even most were reflected in a more dignified way. While the child was observed as part of the daily life in Turkish painting, seeing child figure with its real existence has gained distinction with oil painting and has taken its place as part of the daily life.In Turkish painting, in figurative work the artists were affected by figurative work in Western paintings. In the initial periods of Contemporary Turkish art even child figure was used in art in interpretations of figurative examples taken from Western art. Therefore, the dimensions of the figures in art were used in sizes of the West and interpreted, whether consciously or unconsciously and the same was also true for child figure.On the other hand, in Contemporary Turkish painting, the child figure has taken its place with Western influence and from the point of technique, shape and content with the influence of inner dynamics, has embraced its original identity.In this study, 198 artwork with subject of Contemporary Turkish Art are included, by taking the chronological order into consideration. A part of these artwork are analyzed with their formation process, social, political and artistic reasons influencing the artistic environment. On the other hand, 33 paintings, are explained from the point of detailing the artist, events, expression and technique. In the selection of artwork, the fact that they were those that came forward in their period was paid attention to.
