Özet

Bu çalışmada, öğretmen adaylarının öğretmenlik becerilerini geliştirme sürecinde kullanılan web tabanlı sistemin etkileri incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırmada, web tabanlı sistemin aday öğretmenlerin öğretmenlik performanslarının yanı sıra öz ve akran değerlendirme becerilerinin gelişimine etkileri sınanmıştır.Deneme modelinin kullanıldığı çalışmada, nitel ve nicel araştırma tekniklerinden yararlanılmış ve çalışma, web tabanlı sistemi ders saatleri dışında da kullanan (Deney grubu) ve web tabanlı sistemi ders saatleri dışında kullanmayan (Kontrol grubu) olmak üzere, iki çalışma grubu ile yürütülmüştür. Web tabanlı sistem; uzman, akran ve öz değerlendirme sonuçlarını depolamak, deney grubundaki aday öğretmenlerin hazırlık amacıyla çektikleri videoları yayınlamak kullanılmıştır. Her iki grubun gerek ders saatlerinde gerekse staj amacıyla gittikleri okullarda gösterdikleri performansları değerlendirmek amacıyla, Öğretmenlik Uygulaması Değerlendirme Formu kullanılmıştır. Sistem sayesinde kaydedilen, ders hocası tarafından yapılmış olan değerlendirmeler, grup üyelerinin ders saatlerinde gösterdikleri performans ile staj amacıyla gittikleri okullarda göstermiş oldukları öğretmenlik performansını karşılaştırmak ve aday öğretmenlerin öz/akran değerlendirme sonuçlarıyla karşılaştırılmak amacıyla kullanılmıştır.Aday öğretmenlerin uygulama hakkındaki görüşlerinin belirlenmesinde görüş formu kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçları, web destekli eğitim alan deney grubunda bulunan adayların, kontrol grubuna oranla, daha başarılı öğretmenlik performansı sergilediklerini vurgularken, öz ve akran değerlendirmelerinde de daha tutarlı olduklarını ortaya çıkarmaktadır.

In the study not only the effects of the web based system on teacher candidates? performances but also the effects on the improvement of self and peer assessment capabilities is tested.In the study which used the experimental model, the qualitative and quantitative research technics are also exploited and the study is conducted by two study groups as experiment group using the web based system out of the class hours and the control group not using the web based system out of the class hours. The web based system is used in order to store expert, peer and self assessment results, and broadcasting the videos of candidate teachers recorded during the preparatory period. The Schoolteaching Applications Evaluation Form is used to evaluate the performances during internship and school attendance. It is used to compare the evaluations recorded by the system, made by their teacher and the performances of the group members at school and during internship. On the other hand evaluations of the class teacher are also used to compare self and peer assessment results.The results of the research highlighted that the experiment group which received web based education performed better teaching skills than the control group and are also more coherent in self and peer assessment.
