Özet
Çalışmanın konusu ?Kur'an'da Stratejik Planlama?dır.Stratejik planlama başlangıç itibariyle askeri bir terim olmasıyla birlikte bütünbilim ve yönetim alanlarında gittikçe önemli bir yer kazanmaktadır. Uzmanlar,gelecekte elde etmek istediğimiz başarılar için bugünden yaptıklarımıza stratejikplanlama adını vermişlerdir.Strateji kavramı ele alındıktan sonra, çalışma boyunca Kur'an-ı Kerimde yer alanemirleri/konuların arka planı ortaya çıkarılmaya çalışıldı. Bu çerçevede Hz.Peygamberin risaletten önceki ve sonraki hayatı, ayetlerin nüzul süreci, bütünbunların bireysel, toplumsal ve fiziksel hedefleri irdelendi.Hz. Peygamberin nesebinin, doğduğu bölgenin, çobanlık ve ticaret mesleğininşahsiyetinin oluşumundaki yerinin tespitine çalışıldı. Kuranın parça parçaindirilmesinin gerisindeki hikmet irdelendi. İnancın toplumda ikame edilmesindetakip edilen yol incelendi.Bütün peygamberlerde olduğu gibi Hz. Peygamberin Allah tarafından risaletsürecine hazırlanmasını öz bir şekilde ele aldık. Kur'an'ın cahiliye toplumunuahlaklı bir toplum haline getirmesinin ardındaki stratejik planlamayı ortayakoymaya çalıştık. Bu çerçevede nüzul stratejisinin Müslüman bireyi ve Müslümantoplumu oluşturma sürecini inceledik.Kur'an'ın kullandığı diyalog, hüccet ve örnek getirme metodunu ele aldıktan sonra,ibadetlerden namaz, oruç ve haccı inceledik. Akabinde kardeşlik, komşu, arkadaş,fakir ve yetimlerin haklarını ele aldık.Bu çalışmada alan araştırması ve analiz yöntemi kullanmıştır.

The subject of this study is ?Strategic planning in The Holy Quran?.Initially,although strategic planning is used to be a military term, it has gainedimportance in science and government fields. Experts called strategic planning forthe things we do in the present for the success we want to gain in the future.After strategy concept is discussed, it has been tried to enlighten the background ofthe adjudications/ judgements stated in the Holy Quran. In this context, the ProphetMohammad?s life before and after the prophethood, the descent process of theQuran verses and the civil, social and physical targets of all of mentioned thingshave been considered at length.It is tried to determine how the breed of the Prophet, the place he was born and hisbeing a shepherd and a trademan effected his personality. It has been explicated thewisdom behind the reason why The Holy Quran was descended fragmentary. Thepath the faith inhabited in the society has been analysed.As in all the prophets? cases, the process of the Prophet Mohammad?s preparationfor the prophethood by Allah has been attentively discussed. It has been displayedthe strategic planning behind the fact how The Holy Quran transformed a societyin the unenlightened era (jahiliyya) into a decent society. In this context, weanalysed the process how the descent strategy formed a Muslim individual and aMuslim society.After taking into consideration the dialogue, the script and exemplification takenplace in the Holy Quran, praying five times in a day, fasting and pilgrimage havebeen analysed. Subsequently, sibling, neighbour, needy and orphan rights havebeen discussed.Field survey and analysis method is used in this study.
