Özet
Günümüzde iş hayatının güçlüğü ve karmaşıklığı bilinen bir gerçek¬tir. Bu güçlüklerin önemli bir bolümü de işletmelerin içinde bulundukla¬rı rekabet ortamı oluşturmaktadır. Böylece bir ortamda işletmelerin ka¬liteli ve güvenilir mamul üretmeleri, hızlı dağıtım kanallarını kullanabil¬meleri gibi eylemleri önem kazanmaktadır. Bu eylemleri yapmak için otomasyon gerçekleştirilmiş, sıfır stokla çalışabilen esnek üretim model¬lerini uygulayan işletmeler daha avantajlı olacaklardır. Bu avantajların körüklediği üretimin sıfır stokla ve sıfır hata ile gerçekleştirilmesi arzusu yeni bazı üretim sistemlerinin gelişmesine vesile olmuştur. Bunlar¬dan biri de“Tam Zamanında Üretim”(JİT) sistemidir.Çalışmada TZÜ sistemi tanıtılarak alternatif bir maliyet muhasebe¬si sistemi uygulama imkanlarının araştırılması amaçlanmaktadır. Bu maksatla ilk bölümünde, TZU sisteminin tanımı, tarihçesi ve hedefleri ile birlikte, sistemin kurulması, kanbanlar üzerinde durulmuştur. İkinci bölümde, yeni bir maliyet muhasebesi sisteminin gerekliliği ve alternatif maliyet muhasebe sisteminin değerlendirilmesi yapılarak, TZÜ sisteminde imalat giderlerinin (ilk madde ve malzeme, işçilik ve genel üretim giderleri) tanımı bunların belirlenmesi, tespiti TZÜ sisteminde maliyet muhasebesini uygulama imkanı ve maliyet sisteminde maliyet muhasebesinin işleyişi hakkındaki bilgilere yer verilmektedir.Üçüncü bölümde ise bir anket çalışması yapılmış ve Tam Zamanında Üretim Sisteminin kullanılışı, Tam Zamanında Üretim Sisteminde maliyet muhasebesi ve bu sistemin maliyet sistemine etkileri hakkında bir anket çalışması yapılmıştır.

Difficulty and complexity of business life today is known. These difficulties in a significant section of business is the competitive environment. Thus, in an environment of enterprises producing high-quality and reliable product attributes, such as rapid deployment actions is important to use the channel. These benefits the production work is done with zero stock and zero error of the desire to develop new production systems, some have been involved. One of Just-In-Time production (JIT) system.On the studies JIT production system an alternative production system, by introducing cost accounting system is intended to research the application possibilities. Fort his purpose, the first section, JIT system definition, history and goals, together with the establishment of the system, focused on kan-ban.
