Özet
Mesleki Teknik Ortaögretim Kurumları, genis alan egitimi ve dal uzmanlıgı kapsamında mesleki teknik egitim veren kurumlardır. 2006-2007 ögretim yılı itibariyle 42 alan ve 194 dal da verilen bu egitimlerde teorik ve pratik egitim bir arada verilmektedir. Pratik egitim, atölye ve laboratuarlarda uygulamalı olarak verilen egitimdir. Her alan bagımsız bir bölümdür. Her bölümün bir sefi ve bu sefe baglı olarak da her dalın bir atölye sefi bulunur. Her alanın ögretmenleri de bu ekibinin birer üyesidir. Mesleki Teknik Ortaögretim Kurumlarında bu sekilde olusmus ortalama 10 ekip bulunur. Bu ekipler tarafından çesitli programlar ve projeler gelistirmektedir. Bu projeler etkin takım çalısmaları içinde, ögretmenler ve ögrencilerle gerçeklestirilip ülkemizde ve uluslararası arenalarda sergilenmektedir. Bu arastırmanın amacı, Mesleki Teknik Orta Ögretim Kurumlarında görevli ögretmen ve yöneticilerin takım çalısmalarında verimliligini etkileyen faktörleri incelemektir. Arastırma içeriginde, cinsiyet, medeni durum, yas, yönetsel sorumluluk, deneyim(kıdem), mezun olunan okul, teknolojinin kullanımı, sosyal etkilesimlerine göre ögretmen ve yöneticilerin farklılık gösterdigini unsurları tespit etmek amacıyla tarama teknigi uygulamaktır. Arastırma da su sonuçlar elde edilmistir: ? Mesleki orta ögretim kurumlarında görevli yönetici ve ögretmenlerin cinsiyetlerinin takım çalısmalarında verimlilige etkisi olmadıgı saptanmıstır. ? Mesleki orta ögretim kurumlarında görevli yönetici ve ögretmenlerin medeni durumları incelendiginde; evli egitimcilerin, birbirlerine karsı hesap verme bilincinde oldugu aynı yas grubunun takım için birbirlerine karsı açık yaklasım içinde oldukları belirlenmistir. ? Mesleki orta ögretim kurumlarında görevli yönetici ve ögretmenlerin yas aralıkları durumları incelendiginde; 50 yas ve üzeri yaslardaki egitimcilerin anlamlı amaçların gerçeklestirilmesinde daha aktif rol aldıkları gözlenmistir. Takım üyelerinde tecrübe ve olgunlugun, amaçları gerçeklestirebilme becerilerinde etkili oldugu belirlemistir. ? Mesleki orta ögretim kurumlarında görevli yönetici ve ögretmenlerin görevlerinden kaynaklanan yönetimsel sorumlulukları artıgında, kurumlarda, planlama ve karar verme sorumluluklarını tasıdıklarından açık çalısma düzeyleri yüksek olmaktadır. ? Mesleki teknik ortaögretim kurumlarındaki görevli yönetici ve ögretmenlerin olusturdukları en küçük takımın lideri pozisyonunda olan bölüm sefleri ve zümre baskanların da, ögretmenlere nazaran açık çalısma beceri düzeylerinin daha yüksek oldugu belirlenmistir. ? Mesleki orta ögretim kurumlarında uygulanan takım çalısmalarında verimliligin artırılmasında en son mezun olunan okul türünün, teknolojinin kullanımı ve sivil organizasyonların içinde bulunmaları arasında iliski saptanmamıstır.

Vocational Technical Secondary Schools are foundations that have vocational and technical education containing large scale education and branch expertise. Starting with the education year of 2006-2007, theory and practical educations are taught in these educations which presented in 42 scales and 194 branches. Practical education is the education of being taught in the laboratories and workshops by practicing. Each scale is an independent department. Every department has a superintendent, and also each scale has a superintendent of workshop under the department superintendent. The teachers of each scale are the members of this team. There are average 10 teams, which occurred like this, in the Vocational Technical Secondary Schools. Lots of programs and projects are improved by these teams. These projects are implemented by our teachers and students, and then these are performed in our country and international areas. The aim of this investigation is to examine the factors which influence the efficiencies of the teachers and administrators, studied in Vocational Technical Secondary Schools, in team working. The researching technique is used by the aim of establishing the of sexuality, age, responsibility of administrating, experience, graduation, use of technology, the aspects of the teachers and administrators differ from their social interactions in the interior of investigation. These are the results of the investigations: ? It is determined that there is no effect of the sexualities of the administrators and teachers, worked in Vocational Technical Secondary Schools, to the efficiency in team working. ? It is determined that the married teachers and the same age group, which has the conscious of having responsibility towards each other, are in open approach for the team when we examine the marital status of the teachers and administrators worked in the Vocational Technical Secondary Schools. ? It is observed that the educators, who are 50 years old or older, have much more active roles for implementing the meaningful aims when we examine the ages of the teachers and administrators worked in Vocational Technical Secondary Schools. ? The open working levels of the teachers and administrators are very high because of carrying the responsibilities of planning and deciding in the schools when it is examined the administering responsibilities of the administrators and teachers worked in Vocational Technical Secondary Schools with their duties. ? It is determined that the department superintendents and the headers of groups, who are the leaders of the youngest team which are occurred by the administrators and the teachers worked in Vocational Technical Secondary Schools, have higher talents against the teachers. ? It is determined that there is a relation between the type of last graduated school which depends on getting higher the efficiency of team working in Vocational Technical Secondary Schools and use of technology and getting in the civil organizations.
