Özet
İnsan hayatı genel anlamda bir bütündür. Onun hayatında, sosyo-kültürel, dini, iktisadi, siyasi, sanatsal vb. pek çok faktör bulunmaktadır. Din olgusu da insan hayatında önemli bir unsur olarak belirmektedir. Kişinin sosyal hayatının her hangi bir alanında meydana gelen bir değişim, onu diğer yönleriyle de etkilemektedir. Çünkü insan, maddi ve manevi yönüyle bir bütünlük oluşturmaktadır. Dolayısıyla insanın maddi yönünde ortaya çıkan bir değişme manevi yönünü etkilemekte, manevi yönünde meydana gelen bir değişme de maddi yönünü etkilemektedir.Cumhuriyet Türkiye'si, bir çok yönüyle Osmanlı toplumsal geleneğinden bir takım uygulamalar yoluyla kendini farklılaştırmaya çalışan bir toplum olmuştur. Özellikle dinsel hayatın Osmanlı toplum yapısında oynadığı rolü sınırlamak için yapılan uygulamalar dikkat çekicidir. Bu uygulamalara bağlı olarak Türkiye'de toplum bir değişim içerisine girmiştir. Bu değişim sürecinde dini hayat giderek bireyselleşen ve insanların özel inanç alanlarına hitap eden bir hale dönüşmüştür.Sosyal ilişkiler bağlamında toplumla çok yakın bir ilişki içersinde olması beklenen din görevlisi; bu ilişkinin neticesinde sosyal ve dini yaşamda toplumu etkilemekte ve yine bu alanlarda toplumdan etkilenmektedir. Dolayısıyla bu etkilenişin bir neticesi olarak din görevlilerinin dini ve sosyal anlayışlarında bir takım değişmeler olması beklenmektedir. Bu çalışma; değişim süreci içerisinde olan ülkemizde din görevlilerinin sosyal ve dini anlayışlarındaki değişmeleri tespit etmeye çalışmış, birinci bölümde konuyla ilgili teorik bilgiler verilmiş; ikinci bölümde ise anket uygulamasının sonuçları değerlendirilmiştir.

Human life is a whole in general meaning. There are a lot of socio-cultural, religious, economical, political, artistic etc factors in his life. The fact of religion is also an important element in the human life. A change which takes place in any area of the social life of the person effects him with the other aspects as well. Because human constitutes integrity with his material and moral aspects. Consequently, any change which appears in the material aspect of the human also influences his moral aspect, and any change which appears in the moral aspect of the human also influences his material aspect.Republic Turkey has become a community which tries to differentiate itself by means of some applications from the Ottoman social tradition in a lot of aspects. In particular, the applications which are performed in order to limit the role which the religious life plays in the Ottoman social structure is remarkable. Depending on these applications, the society underwent a process of change in Turkey. The religious life converted into a form which individualized gradually and addressed to the private belief areas of the humans in this process of change.With regard to the social relationships, the religious officer that is expected to be in a very close relationship with the society influences the society in the social and religious life as a consequence of this relationship and influenced from these areas. Consequently, as a result of this interaction, some changes are expected to happen in the religious and social approaches of the religious officers. This study tried to determine the changes in the social and religious approaches of the religious officers in our country, in Çanakkale province Biga district, and the theoretical information relating to the subject is provided in the first chapter and the results of the survey application are then evaluated in the second chapter.
