Özet
Tüm sektörlerde olduğu gibi turizm işletmeleri de, müşteri memnuniyetini sağlamaya yönelik çalışmalar yapmaktadır. Seyahat etmek hak ve özgürlüğünden yararlanan turistin parası, zamanı, deneyimi ve beklentileri vardır. Bu nedenle, genellikle dinlenmek, eğlenmek, yeni yerler görmek, heyecan, farklılık ve mutluluk arayışları ile sağlıklı ve neşeli bir tatil yapmak için seyahate çıkan turist için, sadece ihtiyaçlarının değil beklentilerinin de karşılanması önemlidir. Müşterilerin ve özellikle sağlık turizmi müşterilerinin yaşam standardının yükselmesi, yeni ürünlerin sektörün tümüne yayılması gibi sebeplerden dolayı müşterilerin beklentileri zaman içerinde yükselmiş olup günümüzün rekabetçi ortamında müşterinin değerlendirmelerini bilmek bir işletmenin hedeflenen müşterinin işletmeye çekilmesi ve memnun edilmesi için uyarlamalar yapmasına olanak sağlamaktadır.Standart turizm ürününe karşı belli bir doygunluğa ulaşan dünya turizm pazarında yeni turizm ürünlerine ve çeşitlerine olan talep hızla artmaktadır. Bu turizm çeşitlerinin belki de en önemlilerinden birisi sağlık turizmidir. Sağlık turizmi özel bir turizm çeşididir. Yaş ortalamasının artması, yaşam tarzının değişmesi, turizm alternatiflerinin artması ve ülkelerin sağlık sistemelerinin özellikleri sağlık turizminin gelişmesinin temel nedenleri arasındadır.Önemli bir jeotermal enerji potansiyele sahip olan Türkiye termal kaynaklarını turizm amaçlı olarak yeterince kullanamamaktadır. Son yıllarda turizm çeşitliliğinin sağlanması çalışmaları neticesinde diğer turizm çeşitleri ile birlikte termal turizm yatırımları da artmaktadır. Mevcut ve yapılması planlanan tesislerden istenilen verimin alınması ve sağlık turizminin ülkemizde geliştirilmesi için gereksinim duyulan bilgilerin oluşturulması bu doktora çalışmasının önemli amaçlarından birini oluşturmaktadır. Çalışma kapsamında 5 yıldızlı termal tesislerde çalışan personele anket uygulanmıştır. Çalışma alanı olarak 5 yıldızlı termal otellerin seçilmesindeki amaç, bu tesislerin termal turizm ve sağlık turizmi kavramı içerisinde hizmet vermeye çalışan tesisler arasında fiziksel standartları iyi olan tesisler olmalarıdır. Çalışma kapsamında uygulanan anket formu tesislerdeki turist güvenliği,işyerindeki iş ahlakı ve çalışma koşullarını, işletmelerin kalite yönetimlerini, çalışanların işe devam etme eğilimlerini araştıran ve beşli likert ölçeğine göre hazırlanan 55 soru ile demografik özelliklerin incelendiği 6 sorudan oluşmaktadır. Elde edilen veriler SPSS 17.0 (Statistical Programme for Social Sciences) programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Veriler, tanımlayıcı ve çıkarımsal istatistik bazında ele alınmış ve demografik soruların frekans dağılımları ele alınmıştır. Çalışmadaki bütün testler ve hipotezler 0,05 anlamlılık düzeyinde sınanmıştır. Öncelikle verilerin güvenirliliği (Cronbach Alpha) test edilmiştir. Değişkenlerin geçerliliğini belirlemek için faktör analizi (Principal Component Analysis) uygulamış ve veri azaltımına gidilmiştir. Daha sonra bağımsız değişkenlerin bağımlı değişken üzerindeki etkilerini incelemek amacı ile regresyon testi yapılmıştır. Çalışmada, temel olarak,-Türkiye'de ki termal tesislerin turistler için genel olarak güvenli olduğu ancak yinede termal ve fizik tedavi ünitelerinde çalışan personelin nitelikleri ve uzmanlıklarının uygun olmaması gibi sıkıntıların giderilmesi gerektiği,-İşletmenin kendine belirlediği hedefler ve oluşturmak istediği çalışma ortamına uygun kişilerin seçilmesinin iş gören veriminin ve hizmet kalitesinin artmasına doğrudan etkisi olacağı ve bu durumun kaliteyi, tesis güvenliğini dolayısıyla müşteri memnuniyetini arttıracağı,sonuçları çıkmış ve sonuç kısmında öneriler geliştirilmeye çalışılmıştır.

As in the other sectors, tourism enterprises try to ensure customer satisfaction. The tourist using the right and freedom to travel has money, time, experiences and expectations. On this account, the tourists want to have rest, fun, excitement, differences than the daily life and happiness and for him/her, it is not enough to satisfy his/her needs only. Due to reasons such as rise of customers? particularly health tourism customers? living standards, spread of new products to entire sector, customer expectations have been raised over time. In the today?s competitive environment, to know the customers assessments is allow to the enterprises to make adaptations to attract and to satisfy the customers.As the standard tourism product has reached saturation in world tourism market, the demand for new tourism types and products is rapidly increasing. Perhaps, health tourism is one of the most important of these new tourism types. The increasing average age, changes in lifestyle, varied tourism alternatives and health system characteristics of the countries are among the reasons for the development of health tourism.Nevertheless, turkey has substantial amount of geothermal energy, the thermal resources can?t be used sufficiently for tourism. Recently, the investments for thermal tourism are increased as a result of attempts for diversification of tpurism types in Turkey. Creation of the information required for development of helth tourism in Turkey and to manage the existing and planned facilities rationally is one of the main goals of this doctoral thesis. In the study a questionnaire form is applied to the staff working for 5 star thermal resorts in Turkey. The study field is choosen as 5 star thermal resorts because they are supposed to have the best physical and service standards among the thermal tourism facilities. The questionnaire form contains 55 questions which examine tourist security in resorts, ethics and working conditions in enterprises, quality management of resorts, treds of employees to continue for the company and 6 demographic questions. The first 55 questions are designated by the Likert scale with 5 ranks.The data obtained are analiyzed with SPSS 17.0 (Statistical Programme for Social Sciences) by descriptive and inferential statistics way and demographic questions were taken on the basis of the frequency distrubitions. All tests and hypothesis in the study have been examined at the 0,05 significance level. First, data reliability (Cranbach Alpha) was tested and to determine the validity of the variable factor analysis (Principal Component Analysis) was tested out and as a result, data reduction was done. As a final test, regression analysis was made to examine the effects of the independent variables on dependent variables.In the study, mainly it is pointed out that;-Thermal resorts in Turkey are secure for the tourists, bur the qualifications and expertise necessities of the staff of thermal tourism resorts, particularly in thermal and physical therapy units have to be developed.-To hire appropriate quality and quantity of the staff for the enterprises goals and ethics code at works will increase personal efficiency and service quality and consequently quality, resort security and finally customer satisfaction.At the result part of the study, the proposals and suggestions to develop thermal tourism were discussed.
