Özet
Bu çalışma, siyaset felsefesinin iki önemli filozofu olan Benedictus Spinoza ve Thomas Hobbes'un ?hak? kavramlarını konu edinmektedir. Nitekim modern dönemin siyaset felsefesinde önemli bir değere sahip olan ?hak? kavramı, her iki düşünürün de toplum ve devlet kuramlarının merkezinde yer almaktadır.Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde Hobbes'un siyaset felsefesini üzerine inşa ettiği insan görüşü ile birlikte devlet ve aynı anlama gelen toplum kuramlarına yer verilmiştir. Böylece Hobbes'un hak kavramına yüklediği anlamın içeriği ve güç kavramıyla ilgisi gösterilmiş olacaktır.Çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde Spinoza'nın insan ve doğa görüşü ile birlikte toplum ve devlet kuramı, Hobbes'tan farklı olan yanları vurgulanarak ele alınmıştır. Böylece Spinoza'nın siyaset kuramında kullandığı kavramların Hobbes ile aynı olduğu ancak anlamlarının farklı olduğu gösterilmiş olacaktır.Sonuç bölümünde ise her iki filozofun siyaset felsefelerinde ulaşmış oldukları farklı sonuçların nedenlerinden biri olarak ?hak? ve buna bağlı olarak ?güç? kavramına yükledikleri anlam içeriklerinin farklılığı gösterilecektir.
Özet (Çeviri)
This study aims to discuss the concept of ?right? in the theories of Benedictus Spinoza and Thomas Hobbes who are the two considerable philosophers? of political philosophy. Thus, the concept of ?right? which has an important value in the moden philosohy of politics, has a central place in both philosophers? government and society theories.In the first part of the study, Hobbes?s government and society theories which are based on his view about human is tobe taken place. In this way it would have been shown, the content of Hobbes?s concept of ?right? within the relation with the concept of ?power?.In the second part of the study, Spinoza?s view of human and nature are to be analyzed by emphasizing the differences from Hobbes. Thereby it would be pointed out that the concepts of Spinoza which are used in his philosophy of politics are the same as Hobbes, however the contents of them are different.In the conclusive part of the study, it is to be indicated that differences between the conclusions in both philosophers? philosophy of politics theories are caused by the content of their concepts of ?right? and ?power?.
