The results of Erinç formula conform to the vegetation cover and has the advantage of easy feasibility. Not only the humidity limit conforms to the edge of pinus brutia but also pinus nigras of humid species are found. Though only Muğla station and its adjent areas are included in humid climatic groups, others are in semi-humid climatic ones. The region of coastal line between 0-200ms is agricultural line because ofbiolocigal factors. Thus, what is in question in here is the devastation of natural envoriment in Agen valleys which include various agricultural persuith and intensive population. There are also continues rapid urbanisation in these valleys. However, the agricultural persuits having important shape in the economic situation of the region are under the influence of natural environment and especiall under the climatic conditions, though all this develop ments mentioned above. In coastal parts of the region between May-September periods, the surfaced water are needed to be improved for refined vegetation which are in the need of water. To prevent the recedation of subwaters, there should be built little dams or dikes. Although insufFeicient precipitation forseen, climatic drought and over suppressi on on the natural resources result in devastation of natural enviroment and in the dicline of the capacity of replacing itself. If the tendency of drought to strenghten itself is taken in to consideration, the formation of zone created as a result of social usage will cause to results which are never to be supplied. Concequently, to save environment, to increase effeciency and to prevent the negative effect of climatic changes upon human life, it is necessary to know the potentialty of enviroment and climatology. 84tions. The preceptational variations are included in the rate of middle latitude (15%- 25%). What is stressed in formulas is the characteristic of semi-humidity dominant all over the region as to the results interfered from the comparision between preceptation and temperature. Emirdağ, Bolvadin, Şuhut, and their adjent areas in Inner Western Anatolia with the valleys of Gediz and Büyük Menderes are semi-arid lands. Althought the altitudes from South to North is decreasing (900- 1000ms in the South - 500- 600ms in the North) behind the coast, the areas above the mentioned altitudes are humid ones. Muğla and its adjent regions are very humid area. It has periodic charecteristic depending on the rate of preceptation in a year. Though this variety seen in the direction of N-S continues being narrowing firstly from the south then from the north in the winter season of arid areas, it continues being narrowing from South to North in warm periods of arid areas, by turns. The role of orographic line in the determination of preceptation activity is apparent. The Northern slopes are much humid then it is in Southern ones. The dry season is tended to decrease from South to North and from West to East directions. The all dry season is about between 3 and 5 months and semi-dry season is about between 1 and 3 months. While water shortage is very intensive in summer season, it is at the average, in hinterlands. The water surplus in coastal stations is intensive in winter seasons, because of accumulation of preceptation in this seasons. It is understood that the main factor determining the preceptation activity is the ratio of preceptation and it is related to preciptational variation.
