Özet
Bu çalışma, İslam'ın tebliği konusunda farklı metotları gündeme getirmektedir. Tebliğle ilgili ayetlerin bağlamları ve nüzul sebepleri dikkate alınmak suretiyle yapılan araştırmalar, Kuran'da tebliğciye yönelik tepkilerin ve Müslümanların sahip olduğu imkânların dikkate alındığını ortaya koymaktadır. Bu araştırma, dile getirilen değişkenlere bağlı olarak Kuran'ın beyan ettiği tebliğ metotlarını sunmaktadır.Tebliğciye yönelik sözel ve fiilî saldırıların söz konusu olduğu Mekke döneminde müslümanların tepkilere karşı sabretmeleri, affetmeleri, saldırganlara aldırış etmemeleri emredilmektedir. Çalışma içerisinde bu dönem ?olumlu muhalefet? olarak adlandırılmıştır. Medine döneminde ise Mekke'de takip edilen bu stratejiye ek olarak Müslüman idareye bağlı farklı inanç mensuplarının inanç hürriyetini sağlama yollu tedbirler alınmıştır. Bu dönem ise ?muhalefete olumlu yaklaşım? olarak isimlendirilmiştir. Söz konusu dönemde fiilî saldırılara karşı müslümanların cevap vermeleri ve kendilerini korumaları izninin de verildiği görülmektedir. Çalışmada söz konusu bu tepkiler ve onlara karşı geliştirilen davranış modelleri, tebliğle ilişkili olarak değerlendirilmiştir.
Özet (Çeviri)
This study brings into question the different methods about the tebligh of Islam. The studies carried out by regarding the contexts of verses and their cause of revelatory occasions that the reaction towards to the announcer (the person making tebligh) and the possibilities the Muslims have were considered in Quran. This study introduces the tebligh methods declared by Quran, depending on the variables mentioned.In the Period of Mecca, when there were some verbal and physical aggressions towards to the announcer, Muslims were commanded to be patient against the reactions, to remit, and not to be care of aggressors. In the study, this period is called as ?positive opposition?. In the period of Medina, in addition to this strategy traced in Mecca, some precautions were taken in the way of providing freedom of belief of the members of different belief subjecting to Muslim Administration. This period is called as ?positive approach to opposition?. In the period under consideration, it is seen that Muslims were permitted to respond and protect themselves against the physical aggressions. In the study, these reactions of interests and the behavioral models developed against them are considered related to the tebligh.
