Özet
Vekilin müvekkilin talimatların uyma yükümlülüğü konulu yüksek lisans tez çalışmasında, vekilin vekalet sözleşmesinden doğan talimata uyma yükümlülüğü, tüm yönleriyle incelenmiştir. Tez üç bölümden oluşmaktadır.Birinci bölümde; vekalet sözleşmesinin unsurları, temsil ve vekalet sözleşmesi arasındaki ilişki incelenmiştir.İkinci bölümde; talimat kavramı, talimat kavramının hukuki niteliği, türleri, talimat verme yetkisi ve talimatın muhatabı başlıkları detaylandırılmıştır.Üçüncü bölümde ise; talimata uyma yükümlülüğüne aykırılığın sonuçları üzerinde durulmuştur.

In this post graduate thesis themed ?attorney?s acting in accordance with the instructions of client?, attorney?s acting in accordance with the instructions of client was examined in all its parts. This thesis is composed of three main sections.In the first section; the relations among attorney agreement, representation and the elements of attorney agreement was examined.In the second section;the concept of instruction, the qualifications of the concept of instruction, types of instruction, the power to give instructions and the addressee of instruction topics were detailed.In the third section; the results of the violation of the obligation to comply with the instructions was examined.
