Özet
Polihidroksi-sikloalkan (siklitol) türevlerinin sentezi yaygın çalışılan bir konudur. Bu tür bileşikler sıklıkla doğal ürünlerin yapısında bulunur ve genellikle biyolojik aktiviteye sahiptirler. Bu çalışmada p-benzo kinon dan çıkarak 83 ve 84; 1,4-siklohekzadien den çıkarak da 94 no'lu nitratlı konduritol B türevleri sentezlendi.

Synthesis of polyhydroxy-cycloalkane (cyclitol) derivatives is the subject of extensive studies. These compounds are widely spread in the nature, and they usually exhibit biological activity. In this work, conduritol B derivatives 83 and 84 starting from p-benzo-quinone and 94 starting from 1,4-cyclohexadiene respectively were achieved.
