Özet
Bu çalışmada, singlet oksijenden yararlanarak condurito! A için bir, conduritol F için iki yeni ve stereospesifik sentez yöntemi geliştirildi. Conduritol A sentezi için, KMn04 oksidasyonuyla cis- konumda yerleştirilmiş uygun oksijen fonksiyonel grubunun bulunduğu 7,9-cis- dioksa-8,8-dimetil-bisîklo [4.3.01,6] nona-2,4-diene singlet oksijen katılarak oluşan endoperoksit ürününün oksijen-oksijen bağı uygun konfigurasyonda açıldı. Ketal halkasının hidrolizi ile arzu edilen conduritol A stereospesifik olarak elde edildi. Conduritol F sentezi için, trans-1,2-diasetoksi-3,5-sikiohekzadien ve oksepine singlet oksijen katılmasıyla oluşan endoperoksitler uygun konfigurasyonda açıldı. Elde edilen diol ürünlerinin deasetilizasyon ve hidroliz reaksiyonlart sonucunda arzu edilen conduritol F stereospesifik olarak elde edildi. cis- 1,4-Diasetoksi-2,3-epoksi-5-siklohekzenin asetoliz reaksiyonu sonucunda 2:1 oranında conduritol F ve conduritol B elde edildi.

In this work, a new and stereospecific synthesis for conduritol A has been developed starting from cycIohexa~1,4-diene where hydroxy groups have been introduced by classical KMn04 -oxidation followed by photo-oxygenation; suitable ring-opening reactions gave the desired conduritol A. A new and stereospecific synthesis for conduritol F has been developed starting from trans- benzenediacetate and oxepine-benzeneoxide where the oxygen functionalities were introduced in both cases by photooxygenation; suitable ring opening reactions gave the desired conduritol F. Acid-catalyzed ring opening reaction of cis-1,4- Diacetoxy-2,3-epoxy-5-cyclohexene in aceticanhydride gave conduritol F and conduritol B in a ratio of 2:1.
