Özet
ÖZET“Bazı keto aykosanoik asitlerin sentezi ve incelenmesi”Bu çalışmada, 6-, 8-, 10-keto aykosanoik asitleri sentez edildi. Blaise kondensasyon reaksiyonu ile dikar- boksilik asit yarı ester klorürlerinin alkil çinko iyodürlerle olan etkileşiminden 3 adet keto ester sentez edildi, Keto esterlerin hidroliziyle keto1 yağ asitleri elde edildi. Bu keto ester ve asitler kristallendirme yöntemiyle saflaştırıldı ve saflıkları ince tabaka kromatografisi ile kontrol edildi. Bu keto asitlerin semikarbazon ve anilid türevleri elde edildi. Sentez edilen 3 semikarbazon ve 3 anilid henüz literatüre geçmeyen yeni bileşiklerdir. Sentez edilen esterlerin, asitlerin ve asit türevlerinin erime noktaları saptandı ve İR spekturumlarının yardımıyla yapıları aydınlatıldı. -

7. SUMMARY“The synthesis and investigation of some keto eicosanoic acids”In this study, 6-, 8-, 10-keto eicosanoic acids were synthesized. The Blaise condensation reaction gave the three keto esters“by reaction of corresponding alkyl zinc iodüres. Keto esters were hydrolized to keto acids. These esters and acids were purified ”by crystallization method. Their purification degree was controlled by thin layer chroma t ography. The semicarbazon and anilide derivatives of these keto acids were obtained. These are new compounds. Melting points of the synthesized compounds were determined and their structures were explanied by using IE spectroscopy. -30-
