Özet

Balıkesir ve Çanakkale İlleri'nde geniş yer kaplayan Kazdağı yöresinde bulunan Staphylininae altfamilyasına bağlı türlerin saptanmasını hedefleyen bu çalışmada, 2008-2010 yılları Şubat-Kasım ayları arasında belirlenen 61 lokalitede, uygun yöntemler kullanılarak, iki haftalık aralıklarla örneklemeler yapılmıştır. Çalışma sonunda 24 cins ve altcinse ait toplam 37 tür belirlenmiştir. Bunlardan Quedius nouristanicus Coiffait, Q. unicolor Kiesenwetter ve Q. henroti Coiffait türleri Türkiye faunası için yeni kayıt niteliğindedir. Q. gemellus Eppelsheim, Q. nemoralis nemoralis Baudi di Selve ve Ocypus nitens (Schrank) türleri ise daha önceden lokalite belirtilmeksizin Türkiye'den bildirilmişlerdir. Bu çalışma ile ilk kez Türkiye'den kesin lokalite kayıtları bildirilmiştir. Megalinus scutellaris (Fauvel) ve Xantholinus rufipennis Erichson türlerinin Çanakkale'de bulunduğu daha önceden bildirilmiş olup, bunlar dışındaki türlerin tamamının Çanakkale ve Balıkesir İlleri ile Kazdağı yöresinde bulunduğu ilk kez ortaya konmuştur. Çalışma alanında yaygın olan ve en bol bulunan türlerin Philonthus concinnus (Gravenhorst) (265 birey), O. sericeicollis (Ménétriés) (145 birey), Q. levicollis (Brulle) (103 birey), Ph. nitidicollis (Lacordaire) (99 birey), O. curtipennis Motschulsky (92 birey), Ph. debilis (Gravenhorst) (80 birey) ve Ph. cognatus Stephens (78 birey) olduğu belirlenmiştir. Q. brevis Erichson, Q. unicolor Kiesenwetter ve Gauropterus sanguinipennis (Kolenati) türlerine ait sadece birer örnek toplanmıştır. Çalışmada toplanan örneklerin % 42.03'ü (446 birey) taş altından elle toplama, % 41.94'ü (445 birey) çukur tuzak, % 7.63'ü (81 birey) eleme, % 1.60'ı (17 birey) atrap ve % 1.03'ü (11 birey) besin tuzak yöntemleriyle elde edilmiştir. Ayrıca % 5.77'lik (61 birey) oran oluşturan diğer örnekler; bitki üzeri, kabuk altı, leş, gübre ve çürümüş mantar içinden toplanmıştır. Belirlenen her türün morfolojisi, yayılışı, varsa sinonimleri, üzerinden toplandığı bitki, türle ilgili biyolojik ve ekolojik notlara da yer verilmiştir.

In this study, which aims to determine the species of Staphylininae subfamily spread on Kazdağı Province occupying a huge part of the cities Balıkesir and Çanakkale, the samples are taken from 61 localities per two weeks using the proper methods in between February and November months during 2008-2010. As the result of this study, 37 species belonging to 24 genus and subgenus were determined. The species Quedius nouristanicus Coiffait, Q. unicolor Kiesenwetter ve Q. henroti Coiffait are qualified as the new records for Turkish fauna. The species Q. gemellus Eppelsheim, Q. nemoralis nemoralis Baudi di Selve and Ocypus nitens (Schrank) were declared from Turkey before without indicating locality. The records of exact locality are reported from Turkey for the first time via this study. Even though it was reported before that the species Megalinus scutellaris (Fauvel) and Xantholinus rufipennis Erichson exist in Çanakkale, all the other species except those, are revealed to be in both cities Çanakkale and Balıkesir and Kazdağı province for the first time. Philonthus concinnus (Gravenhorst) (265 specimens), O. sericeicollis (Ménétriés) (145 specimens), Q. levicollis (Brulle) (103 specimens), Ph. nitidicollis (Lacordaire) (99 specimens), O. curtipennis Motschulsky (92 specimens), Ph. debilis (Gravenhorst) (80 specimens) and Ph. cognatus Stephens (78 specimens) are indicated as the most abound and common species in the study area. Only one sample for each of the species Q. brevis Erichson, Q. unicolor Kies. ve Gauropterus sanguinipennis (Kolenati) were collected. The samples used in this study were collected by the following methods shown in percentages: % 42.03 (446 specimens) handpicked under stones, % 41.94 (445 specimens) pitfall trap, % 7.63 (81 specimens) sifting, % 1.60 (17 specimens) sweeping net and % 1.03 (11 specimens) bait trap. Also, the other samples which have the % 5.77 (61 specimens) share were collected from the plant surfaces, under bark of trees and inside of carrions, manure and rotten mushrooms. The morphology, distribution, synonyms if there exist, the plant it is collected from the biological and ecological notes are included.
