Özet
Tez ?üçüncü kuşak üniversite? modeli denen modelle üniversite idesi arasındaki farktan doğan aporia'ya odaklanmış ve bunun için de felsefedeki universitas (Bütünlük) kavramının bütün gönderimleri dikkate alınmıştır. Universitas terimi birinci olarak, Kant felsefesinde saf anlama yetisinin sentetik a priori bir kategorisi, ikinci olarak da üniversitenin asıl adı olarak görünmektedir. Burada, universitas Kant felsefesinin temeli olarak dikkate alınmış ve kamusal aklın eleştirel bir düşünümü olmakla görevlendirilen üniversite universitas'ın kurumsallaştırılmış biçimi olarak belirlenmiştir. Tezin mantıksal yapısının reductio ad absurdum olarak kurulmasının üzerine; universitas normunun iptal edilmesiyle üniversite multiversiteye dönüşmektedir. Bu, Amerikan üniversitelerinin ardından Bologna Süresi ile önerilen şeydir. Bu dönüşümün absürd olan mantıksal sonuçları toplumsal ve kişisel yaderklik, çözülme, yabancılaşma, kitle kültürü ve insan türünün ontolojik, yapısal bozulması olarak kendini göstermektedir. Bu sonucun etik, mantıksal, ontolojik ve epistemolojik gerekçeleriyle ilgili, Kant'ın gerisindeki Aristoteles ve Aquinas ile dikkat çekici bağlantılar öne çıkarılmıştır. Bu yeni, sanayiye uyarlanan postmodern üniversite modeli küreselleşme ve neoliberal siyasetin sonuçlarından biridir. ?Teori için teori? şeklindeki bilimin ayırıcı özelliği, ?kâr için teori?ye dönüşmektedir. Bu tarihsel dönüşümün gelecekteki uygulamaları bir tür distopya olarak ortaya çıkabilir: Modern olan üzerine postmodern techné'nin gelmesine koşut olarak yabancılaşmaya yabancılaşma.

The thesis has focused on an aporia raised form the difference between the one so called ?third generation university? model and the idea of university, and for this reason, the full implications of the concept universitas (Wholeness) in philosophy have taken into consideration. The term universitas appears firstly, as a synthetic a priori category of pure understanding in Kant?s philosophy, and secondly, as the original name of university. Here, universitas has been regarded as the basis of Kant?s philosophy, and university that had been charged with a critical reflection of public reason has been determined as the institutionalized form of universitas. As the logical structure of the thesis is reductio ad absurdum, if we would cancel the norm universitas, university would turn to multiversity, which is proposed by Bologna Process after American universities; so the logical results of this turn show themselves as absurdity, social and personal heteronomy, disintegration, alienation, mass culture and ontological degradation of human species. For ethical, logical, ontological and epistemological reasons, this result has some remarkable connections with Aristotle and Aquinas behind Kant. This new, postmodern university model, which was adapted to industry, is one of the results of globalisation and neoliberal politics. The differentia specifica of science as ?theory for theory? is in turn to ?theory for profit?. The future applications of this historical turn might appear as a kind of dystopia: alienation to alienation as parallel with the postmodern techné over the modern one.
