Özet
Bu çalışmada, Atatürk Üniversitesi Fen Fakültesi, Moleküler Biyoloji ve Genetik Bölümü araştırmacıları tarafından izole edilen Geobacillus stearothermophilus AH22 suşunun endüstriyel bir enzim olan glukoz izomerazı üretebilme kapasitesi belirlenerek, bu enzimin bazı kinetik verileri ve spektroskopik özellikleri ortaya konuldu.

In this study, the industrial capacity of Geobacillus stearothermophilus AH22 strain, isolated by researchers in Atatürk University, Faculty of Science, Department of Molecular Biology and Genetics, to produce glucose isomerase and spectroscopic and kinetic properties of the enzyme were investigated.
