Özet

Araştırmanın amacı Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı'nca belirlenen Sınıf Öğretmenliği Özel Alan Yeterlikleri'ni temel alarak Kilis ili merkez ilçesinde görev yapan sınıf öğretmenlerinin kendi görüşlerine dayalı olarak özel alan yeterliklerine sahip olma düzeylerini belirlemektir.Veri toplamak amacıyla Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı'nca yayınlanan Sınıf Öğretmenliği Özel Alan Yeterlikleri'nden yararlanarak anket oluşturulmuştur. Çalışmada örneklem olarak Kilis ili merkez ilçesi seçilmiş ve merkez ilçedeki devlet okullarında görev yapan 222 sınıf öğretmenine uygulanarak elde edilen anketler SPSS istatistik programı yardımıyla, Mann Whitney U ve Kruskal Wallis test teknikleri kullanılarak çözümlenmiştir. The purpose of this study is to determine the levels of having special field proficiencies of class teachers who are working at the central district of Kilis province on the basis of Class Teachers Special Field Proficiencies specified by National Ministry of Education.In order to collect data, a survey was made with the help of Special Field Proficiencies of Class Teachers published by National Ministry of Education. The sample was 222 class teachers who are working at public schools in Kilis central district. Mann Whitney U. and Kruskal Wallis tests were used to analyze data collected from the survey. The level of significance was taken as p< .05. Moreover, class teachers? opinions related to the levels of having class teachers? proficiencies were examined to check whether there is a significant difference in accordance with determined variables. Scaling the levels of special field proficiencies of class teachers was determined as A1, A2, A3 levels as indicated in Special Field Proficiencies of Class Teachers published by National Ministry of Education.According to the results of this study, the levels of having special field proficiencies of class teachers in terms of their own opinions were determined so that some advises that are going to contribute to their progress in some fields where they feel inadequate.
