Özet

Araştırmanın amacı; 10. Sınıf öğrencilerinin tarih dersinde, NLP eğitimi tekniğinin kullanımının öğrenci başarısına etkisini tespit etmektir.Araştırma problemine yanıt bulmak için deneme modellerinden“Ön Test-Son Test Kontrol Gruplu Model”ile veriler toplanmıştır. Deney grubundan 24 ve kontrol grubundan 23 öğrenci olmak üzere toplam 47 öğrenciye ulaşılmıştır. Bu öğrencilere anlatılan konu ile ilgili 20 soruluk bir test uygulanmış ve alınan verilerin çözümlenmesinde SPSS paket programı kullanılarak, sonuçlar istatistiksel verilere dönüştürülmüştür.İlk olarak deney ve kontrol grubu öğrencilerinin, uygulamalar öncesi denkliğini belirlemek amacı ile iki grubun ön test puanları“t”testi ile karşılaştırılmış ve ön test puanları arasında anlamlı fark olmadığı gözlenmiştir. Grupların uygulama öncesi denk olduğu görülmüştür.Deney grubu öğrencilerine tarih öğretiminde NLP eğitimi ve tekniklerini içeren uygulama yapılmış, kontrol grubu öğrencilerine ise, geleneksel öğretim metotlarını içeren bir uygulama yapılmıştır. Deney grubundaki öğrencilerin uygulamalar sonrasında, kontrol grubu öğrencilerine göre daha başarılı olduğu gözlenmiştir.Sonuç olarak tarih öğretiminde, performansı arttırmanın bir yolu olan NLP eğitimi ve tekniklerinin kullan iminin, öğrenciler üzerinde daha etkili olduğu ve öğrenci başarısını arttırdığı görülmüştür

The purpose of the study is to investigate the effect of using the NLP technique in the history teaching on the success of the 10th grade students.The data collected with to Experimental model of of“Pre-and post-test Control Group Model”to find answers the research problemTotal 47 students including 24 students from the experimental group and 23 students and the control group was chosen.20-questions test related topics discussed applied the students and acquired the data to analysis was used SPSS program, the results are transformed into statistical data.Firstly in order to determine equivalence of pre-applications of students in the experimental and control groups, the pre-pre-test scores of the two groups were compared with“t”test and it was showed between pre-test scores no significant difference. Groups were seen to be equivalent prior to application.Students in the experimental group was performed an application that contains NLP training and its techniques as fort that students was performed an application that contains traditional teaching methods. After an application the students in the experimental group were more successful than the control group students was observed.As a result, NLP training and the use of it techniques which is a way to increase performance in the teaching of history showed to be more effective on students and to increase student achievement.
