Özet
-VI- Formal cellulose is becone frinfed crushing them in the refainer which is next to the pulp preparing unit and stored. Gnound resins are dissolved and dilute in the concentration of 30 g/lt, and stored. Alum is dissolued in the concestrahon of 100 g/lt to adfust the acidity of the paper and it is stored. Ground kaolin is mixed with water in the concentration of 200-300 g/lt All basic raw materials which will be added to the pulp paper, are mixed in the formulation ratio. In the pulp preparation container. This mixture of pulp are pumped to the paper machine from the store and then poured to the machine sieve. Pulp which contains dned sample in the percentage of 0.6 %, comen into the sieve and goes out from the sieve in the ratio of 18-25 % as a dried semple. In the wet pres processing, pulp contains dried substance in the ratio of 32 % in the first press, 34 % in the second press, 38 % in the third press. After that it comes into cylinder to dry the paper and it is dried which contains 95 % dried substance and After polish processing it is packed in the appropriate packaye according to the market demand.-VI- Formal cellulose is becone frinfed crushing them in the refainer which is next to the pulp preparing unit and stored.
