Özet
Arap Dilinde en çok kullanılan edebî üsluplardan biri takdim-tehir sanatıdır. Bu çalışma, gerek belagat gerek nahiv gerekse ulumu'l-Kur'ân âlimlerinin takdim-tehir sanatı ile ilgili yaklaşımlarını, onun tahlillerini, ifade gücü ve cümle akışındaki etkisini ele almakta ve bu sanatın Kur'an'ın anlaşılması noktasındaki etkisini irdelemektedir. İlk dönemlerde konuyla ilgili müstakil çalışmalar ortaya konmamışsa da son dönemlerde Arap âleminde sınırlı sayıda çalışmalar olduğu gözlenmektedir. Bu nedenle öncelikli olarak bir yüksek lisans tezi düzeyinde bu sanatın tarihî seyrini, belâğat ve nahiv ilmindeki yerini ve Kur'ân'ın anlaşılmasındaki etkisini incelemeye çalıştık. Konuyu ele alırken takdim-tehiri aralarında Sibeveyh, Sîrafî, Halil b. Ahmed, Diyaüddin İbnu'l-Esîr, Bedreddin ez-Zerkeşî, Cürcânî ve Suyûtî gibi âlimlerin bulunduğu cumhuru ulemânın tanımları doğrultusunda ele aldık. Bunu yaparken klasik nahiv ve belâğat kaynakları başta olmak üzere tefsirlerden de istifâde ettik. Bu bağlamda takdim-tehir olgusunun sözlük ve ıstılahî anlamı, tarihi serüveni, sistemleştiricisi, gerekçeleri, türleri, ulûmu'l-Kur'ân müelliflerinin ve müfessirlerin konuya verdikleri önem anlatılmıştır. Ayrıca bu olgunun belagat ve nahiv ilmindeki yeri, önemi, sebepleri, belagi amaçları ve Kur'an'daki yansımaları ele alınmıştır.

One of the most widely used literary style in the Arabic language is the art of presentation (takdim) and delay (tehir). This study focuses on approaches of scholars of eloquence, syntax and ulumu'l-Qur'an related to art of presentation-delay. At the same time the analysis of this art, its power of expression, its influence in the flow of the sentence and its effect on the understanding the Qur'an examined.Although in dependent studies on the subject not introduced in the first period; a limited number of studies have observed at the Arab world in the recent years.Therefore at the level of master this is we primarily examined the history course of this art and its position in the rhetoric and syntax and its influence on understanding of Qur'an.We have handled the subject according to description of scholars like Sîbawayh, Sîrafî, Khalîl ibn A?mad, İbn al-Athir, Badruddin al-Zarkhaşi, al-Jurjânî and Suyûtî.While doing so we have benefited especially classic resources of nahiv and belağat, at the same time commentaries of the Qur'an.In this regard the dictionary and term meaning of presentation-delay, their course of history, their promoter, their justifications, their varieties and the importance attached to issue by authors of 'ulûmal-Qur'ân and interpreters (mufassir) are mentioned. Further more the place of these phenomenos in the eloquence and syntax, their importance, reasons, eloquencik purposes and their reflections in the Qur'ân are handled.
