Olympic Games and International Olympic Committee (lOC), to bring all countries and youth sportsmen together at the biggest sports organization of world to stable world peace, to keep alive olympic spivit, way established as the highest level of olympics in 1894. In this research interview and SOUTee collection teclmigues as a data collection techniques was used and Olympic games between 1896-1996 \\'as examined to see if the IOC was loyal to its principles in 1894 aganist world politics. Study of modem summer olympics was made from IOC decide which Olympic City will hold the games till the beginning of games. Political state of world and relation between countries were stucbed to explain. How the negative relation between countries effects IOC and games was stucbed to figure at. Study showed that some countries tried use olympics for the is political benefits. Reasons of the negatIve behaviour of countries was examined and tried to figure out IOC's attitude. It was seen that IOC sometimes don't give up from its principles aganist these countries but somet11nes have to obey temporarly. City of Olympic games, sports complex's, olympic village, sports branches that accepted for OlympICS, sportsmen and success of countries were given and improvement according to previous games was established during the study of summer olympic games. During the study. It was seen that the aim of cities to enter to race for olympic games has been changen in recent years. Before cities were candidate to make advertisement and propaganda of their cities. After 1984, cities have been in competition between each other to win this race to make up their economy with the income that comes from TV's, sponsor £Inns and tourists. Some olympics financial model sources and incomes given and compared to show the importance of olympic income in these days.
