SUMMARY By the em pîoy emen t agreraent which establish a work relation between the employee and the employer, both sides take some responsibilities against each other- On the employee side » these &rs ; performing a service responsibility, devotion responsibility &nd following the work instructions responsibility, ön the other hand f for the employer, beside the giving wage responsibility,, there &re some responsibilities which c.3,n be named variously, such as“safety responsibility”“ ”ca.re responsibility“,, ”care and help responsibility" and these responsibilities can be gathered under the name of care responsibility. Employer's c&re responsibility includes various subjects, on of the less mentioned one is the subject of this study, and that is; employing the suitable worker for each job obligation and responsibility,, This study consist of two section. On the first part of the section one the scape on the employer's care responsibility and employer's other responsibilities coming from the employ emen t agreement were explained. On the second part of the section one the laws related with the employer's care responsibility were investigated.V On the -first part of the section two, the birth of the idea of the employing the suitable worker for each job responsibility was discussed. On the second part, the employer's duties and legal responsibilities were investigated under two topic. On the conslusion part the results concluded from the subjects mentioned on the first and second sections were explained and the related opinions and proposals were painted out.
