Özet
Tunç, R. Tibialis Posterior Kas Yorgunluk Protokolünün Statik Ve Dinamik Ayak Parametreleri Üzerine Etkisi, Hacettepe Üniversitesi, Sağlık Bilimleri Enstitüsü Protez Ortez ve Biyomekanik Programı, Yüksek Lisans Tezi, Ankara, 2014. Bu çalışma, yorgunluk protokolünce aktive edilmiş tibialis posterior kasının, ayağın dinamik ve statik duruşta ölçülebilen parametreleri üzerinde açığa çıkarabileceği eğişiklikleri araştırmak amacıyla yapıldı. Çalışmaya 30 sağlıklı birey (yaş ortalaması: 24,88 ± 4,39 ) dahil edilmiştir. Bireylerin sosyo-demografik bilgileri alındı. Pedobarografi cihazıyla ayağın statik ve dinamik paremetlerindeki değişimleri incelendi. Borg Yorgunluk Skalası (BORG) ile yorgunluk düzeyi kaydedildi. Çalışmanın sonununda yapılan istatiksel analizde, sağ ayağın dinamik parametrelerinde, uygulanan yorgunluk protokolüyle orta ayak maksimum basınç ölçümlerinde belirgin anlamlı artışın olduğu (p<0,05); statik ayakta duruş pozisyonunda ölçülen toplam temas alanında, yorgunluk protokolünün anlamlı değişiklik meydana getirmediği (p>0,05); yorgunluk protokolü uygulanmamış sol ayak dinamik parametrelerinde ise hızla birlikte anlamlı değişikliğin olmadığı bulundu (p>0,05). Sonuçlara göre tibialis posterior kasının yorgunluğunun ayak statik ve dinamik parametreleri üzerinde etkili olduğu belirlendi.

Tunç, R. The effect of Muscle Fatique Protocol of Tibialis Posteriror on the static and dynamic foot parameters, Hacettepe University, Institute Of Health Sciences, The program of Prothetics, Orthetics and Biomechanics. The purpose of this study is to find out the changes in the measurable parameters the dynamic and static position of foot , caused by tibialis posterior muscle which is activated by the fatique protocol. Thirty healty patients were participated in this study. Socio-dermographic and descriptive characteristics of the participants were recorded. The changes on the dynamic and static position of foot were measured by pedobarography whereas the fatique level was measured by Borg Fatique Scale . In the statistical analysis carried out at the end of the study; through the fatique protocol applied on the dynamic parameters of right foot a significant increase in the maximum pressure measurement of mid foot was observed (p<0.05). The fatigue protocol measured in the total contact area during the static upright position, there was no significant changes were found ( p>0.05) . Speed has no significant effect on the dynamic parameters of left foot without fatique protocol application (p>0.05). According to the results obtained at the end of this study, there was a correlation between the fatique of tibialis posterior and the static and dynamic parameters of foot.
