Özet
Eğitim alanında teknoloji kullanımı gün geçtikçe artmaktadır. Sürekli güncellenen teknolojiye ayak uydurmak öğrenci ve öğretmenler açısından kaçınılmazdır. Teknoloji ağırlıklı eğitim yapılan okullarda öğretmenlerin ve öğrencilerin teknolojik araçlarla eğitime yönelik tutumlarını belirlemek, öğretmen öğrenci arasındaki farklılıkları ortaya koymak ve öğretmen ihtiyaçlarını belirlemek araştırmanın amacını oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma 2012-2013 öğretim yılında Fatih projesi kapsamında teknolojik alt yapısı tamamlamış Yozgat Anadolu Lisesi ve Yozgat Şehitler Fen Lisesinde öğrenim gören 150 öğrenci ve 40 öğretmen ile yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada tanımlayıcı özellikler ile birlikte öğrenci ve öğretmenlere Teknolojik Araçlarla Eğitime Yönelik Tutum Ölçeği, öğretmenlere ek olarak Teknolojiye Yönelik Yetkinlik ve İhtiyaç Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Veri analizi yapılırken, iki grup karşılaştırması için Bağımsız 2 grup t testi, önşartlar sağlamadığında ise Mann Whitney-U testi, üç ve daha fazla grup karşılaştırması için Tek Yönlü Varyans Analizi ve çoklu karşılaştırma testlerinden Tukey HSD testi ile sağlanmadığında ise Kruskal Wallis ve çoklu karşılaştırma testlerinden Bonferroni-Dunn testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmaya katılan ortaöğretim öğretmenlerinin teknolojik araçlarla eğitime yönelik tutum düzeyi ortalamasının öğrencilerden daha yüksek düzeyde olduğu görülmüştür.

The use of technology in education is increasing day by day. It is inevitble for students and teachers to keep pace with the technology which is updated constantly. The objectıve of the research is to determine the attitudes of teachers and students who are in schools wih the technology oriented training towards technological tools, reveals the differences between teachers and students and identify teacher' needs. Research was carried out with 40 teachers and 150 students studying in Yozgat Anatolian High School and Yozgat Martyrs Science High School which completed technological infrastructure within the scope of Fatih project in 2012-2013 academic year. With the descriptive characteristics, Attitude Scale for Education with Technology Tools were used to students and teachers in addition to the teacher Capabilities and Needs Scale for Technology was used in the Research. While doing data analysis, comparison for two-group independent two sample t test and when precondition aren't met Mann Whitney U-test, for three and more group comparison One-way analysis of variance and is not provided with the Tukey HSD test of multiple comparisons test the Kruskal-Wallis test and the Bonferroni-Dunn's multiple comparison test was used. The level of attitude towards education with technological tools of Secondary school teachers who participated in the study was found a higher level than the average student.
