Özet
Küreselleşen dünyada artık dünyanın herhangi bir noktasında gelişen bir ekonomik olay farklı bir noktadaki ülkede çok etkili sonuçlar verebilmektedir. Bilgi ve teknolojinin hızla geliştiği küreselleşen dünyada sermayenin de sadece bir ülkede kalması artık pek mümkün olmamaktadır. Ekonomik kalkınmayı destekleyen en önemli güçlerden bir tanesi sermaye birikimidir. Sermaye birikiminin yetersiz olduğu gelişmekte olan ülkelerin, bu açığı kapatmak için yabancı sermayeyi ülkelerine çekmek için ülke içinde cazip düzenlemeler yapmaktadırlar. Bu çabaların ve yasal düzenlemelerin temelinde yabancı sermayenin ülke ekonomisinde olumlu etkilere yol açacağı beklentisi yatmaktadır. Yabancı sermaye ile bu ülkelerin tasarruf açıkları giderileceği, sermaye birikimine katkıda bulunulacağı, beraberinde teknoloji ve yönetim bilgisi geleceği, ülke içinde rekabetin artacağı, insan kaynaklarının geliştirileceği beklentiler yer almaktadır. Diğer taraftan sermaye sahibi olan ülkelerdeki sermaye sahibi olan doğrudan yatırımcı hem daha fazla kar elde etmek hem de başka ülkelerde kendi sektörleri ya da farklı sektörlerde hem söz sahibi olmak hem de ekonomik anlamda etkili olmak için çeşitli şekillerde yatırımlara başvurmuşlardır. Bu çalışmanın birinci bölümünde DYSY tanımı, DYSY yatırım şekilleri, belirleyici faktörleri ve Doğrudan Yabancı Sermayenin Bir Ülkeye Gelmesini Etkileyen Faktörler değinilmiş,ayrıca Finansal Sistemle ilgili genel litaratür bilgileri verilerek,Finansal sistemin fonksiyonları ve finasal sistemde yer alan kurumları inceleyerek, konu daha bütünleştirilmiştir. İkinci bölümde ise dünyada yabancı sermaye gelişiminin genel tarihi seyri incelendikten sonra gelişmiş ülkelerde,gelişmekte olan ülkelerde DYSY durumu incelenmiş gelişmekte olan ülkelere etkileri incelenmiştir,ayrıca bankacılık sektöründe yabancı sermaye yatırımları ile ilgili teoriler incelenmiştir.Üçüncü bölümde ise Türkiye'de DYSY tarihi seyrini ,Türkiye 'deki DYSY Performansı ve yabancı sermaye izinlerinin sekteröl dağılımı incelenmiştir,yıllar itibari ile hangi sektörlerde ne gibi değişiklikler olduğuna bakılırken yabancı sermayeli şirketlerin Türkiye 'deki genel olarak performansı inçelenmiş aynı zamanda ülkelere göre dağılımı incelenmiştir.

No longer economic events that is occurent anywhere in the world is able to provide very effective results in any country even which is in a different point.Not only rapidly developing Information and technology but also capital in the globalized world is not possible to remain in a country at the present time. One of the most significant factors is Capital accumulation that supports economic development.Developing countries that have insufficient accumulation of capital make attractive arrangements in their countries in order to attract foreign capital into their countries for capital recovery.It is expected that on the basis of these efforts and the legal regulations lead to positive results of foreign capital in the national economy. It is expected that savings deficit will be covered by means of foreign capital. it will contribute to the accumulation of capital. Furthermore ,it will be seen improvement in technology and management information ,increasing of competition in the country and development of human resources via Foreign capital.On the other hand Direct Investors have made investments in various ways outside their own countries in order to able to both gain more profit and to have a say in their sectors or in different industries additionally to prevail in the economic domain in the other countries. In the first part of this study, the definition of FDI, the figures investment and determining factors of FDI and the factors of inflowing FDI to a country have been dealt with . Furthermore, The issue has been more clarified providing general literature information concerned with financial systems, analyzing the functions of the financial systems and the institutions that take place in the financial systems. In the second part after the examination of the general history of the foreign capital development in developed countries FDI stituation and its impilications on developing countries as well as theories related to foreign investments in the banking sector. have been looked over .In the third part , The historical progress and performance of FDI and the industry –specific distribution of the foreign capital permits in Turkey. By year, following there have been what kind of changes in which sectors , as well as the performance of the foreign- capital companies and ditribution of mentioned companies by contries have been studied.
