Özet
Tefsir tarihi içerisinde işârî tefsirin önemli bir yeri bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışma, Kurʼân ayetlerini zâhirî ve bâtınî olmak üzere iki mana boyutunda ele alan işârî tefsir ekolünün temel kavramları olan zâhir ve bâtın kavramları arasındaki ilişkiyi, İsmail Hakkı Bursevîʼnin Rûhuʼl-Beyân adlı tefsiri örneği üzerinden ortaya koymak üzere hazırlanmıştır. Çalışma giriş üç bölüm ve bir sonuçtan oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde araştırmanın amacı, önemi, metodu ve kaynaklarından bahsedilmiştir. Birinci bölümde zâhir ve bâtın kavramlarının sözlükte, Kurʼânʼda ve tefsir ilmindeki kullanımları değerlendirilmiş, tarihi süreç içerisinde Kurʼânʼa zâhirî ve bâtınî yaklaşımlar ele alınmıştır. İkinci bölümde, tasavvufta zâhir ve bâtın kavramları, işârî tefsir ekolünün bilgi kaynakları, bâtınî manaya ihtiyaç duyulma sebepleri, işârî tefsir ekolünde zâhir-bâtın ayrımının temelleri, bâtınî mananın geçerliliği ve bağlayıcılığı ve işârî manaya ulaşma süreçleri üzerinde durulmuştur. Üçüncü bölümde İsmail Hakkı Bursevîʼnin Rûhuʼl-Beyân adlı tefsirinde zâhir-bâtın ilişkisi yöntem ve muhteva açısından örneklerle ortaya konulmuştur. Çalışmamız, elde ettiğimiz verilerin değerlendirildiği sonuç bölümüyle tamamlanmıştır.

Esoteric interpretation of the Quran has an important role in the history of Tafsir. The study aims to present the relation between exoteric and esoteric (zahir and batin) interpretation of the Quranic verses, in which the main terms of esoteric interpretation of the Quran. This study based on Ismail Hakki's book which called“Ruh al-Bayan”in terms of examples during the research. The study consists of an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion. The purpose, importance, methods and references of the research are mentioned in the introduction. In the first chapter, the usages of the term of esoteric and exoteric are analyzed in the Quran, in the science of the Tafsir and linguistically. In addition esoteric and exoteric approaches towards the Quran are dealt with in historical process. In the second chapter, the concept of esoteric and exoteric in Sufism, the sources of knowledge for the school of Esoteric interpretation of the Quran, the reasons of needs for esoteric interpretations, the foundations of the divisions of esoteric and exoteric in the school of Esoteric interpretation of the Quran, the validity and obligatory for esoteric interpretation and the process of gathering for esoteric interpretation are emphasized. In the third chapter, many examples about the relation of esoteric and exoteric are dealt with in Ismail Hakki's book which called“Ruh al-Bayan”in terms of methods and content. The study is concluded with conclusion in which findings are evaluated.
