Özet
Bu çalışmada, bölümümüz laboratuarında 4-(4-metoksibenzoil)-5-(4-metoksifenil)-furan-2,3-dion 2bileşiğinin asetofenonsemikarbazon ile reaksiyonu gerçekleştirilmiş ve bu reaksiyon sonucu oluşan metilenaminopirimidin-2-on bileşiğinin hidrolizi yapılarak,1-amino-5-(4-metoksibenzoil)-4-(4-metoksifenil)-1H-pirimidin-2-on (E)bileşiği sentezlenmiştir. 1-Amino-5-(4-metoksibenzoil)-4-(4-metoksifenil)-1H-pirimidin-2-on (E) bileşiğinin, fenilizosiyanat,fenilizotiyosiyanat, p-metoksifenilzosiyanat, p-metoksifenilizotiyosiyanat, 4-klorofenilizosiyanat, 1-naftilizotiyosiyanat ve p-tolilizotiyosiyanat ile reaksiyonları gerçekleştirilerek literatüre yeni heterosiklik bileşiklerin kazandırılması amaçlanmıştır. Bu araştırma birçok yeni bileşiklerin senteziyle sonuçlanmıştır. Elde edilen (E) bileşiğinin çeşitli izosiyanat ve izotiyosiyanat bileşikleri ile reaksiyonları yapılarak sırasıyla; (E-1), (E-2), (E-3), (E-4), (E-5), (E-6), (E-7) bileşikleri elde edilmiştir. Sentez edilen bileşiklerin yapıları elementel analiz, IR,1H-NMR ve 13C-NMR spektroskopisi yardımıyla belirlendi ve sonuçlar preperatif organik kimya açısından tartışıldı.

In this study methylenaminopyrimidine-2-one was obtained from the reaction 4-(4-methoxybenzoyl)-5-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2,3-furandione 2 with acetophenonsemicarbazone.Hydrolysis of methylenaminopyrimidine-2-oneled to the 1-amino-5-(4-methoxybenzoyl)-4-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1H-pyrimidine-2-one (E). The reactions of 1-amino-5-(4-methoxybenzoyl)-4-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1H-pyrimidine-2-one (E) with phenylisocyanate, phenylisothiocyanate,p-methoxyisocyanate p-methoxyisothiocyanate, 4-chlorophenylisocyanate, 1-napthylisothiocyanate and p-tolylisothiocyanatewere investigated. The investigation resulted in the synthesis of 7 new compounds. These compounds (E-1), (E-2), (E-3), (E-4), (E-5), (E-6), (E-7)were obtained from the reactions of various isocyanate and isothiocyanates with 1-amino-5-(4-methoxybenzoyl)-4-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1H-pyrimidine-2-one (E). The structure of synthesized new compounds were confirmed by elementel analysis, IR, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectra.
