The signifıcance of energy polices has been increasing with the growing demand in developing countries. Energy security has emerged as one of the most important challenges in international politics, particularly for developing countries. In regarding energy politics as vital for countries and Turkey and Russia as important players in international politics, bilateral energy relations between these two countries remain crucial. Turkey and Russia; two giant neighbors, it is essential to comprehend RussoTurkish energy relations firstly in order to analyzes the directian general relations between two countries along with the factor of energy as well asa new dimension of the energy relations among EU-Russia-Turkey and Caspian Sea. In my thesis, 1 endeavored to demonstrate Russo-Turkish energy relations; both ata bilateral level and an international level how energy relations have shaped and in which directian has proceed , moreover how energy has emerged as an important fact in the Russo-Turkish relations and, which led interdependence on energy between two countries on pragmatist level.
