FDI started to play crucial role development process of particular region in emerging markets during last decades. While companies try to enlarge their operation for increasing their global consumer chain and profit margins, countries compete to attract more investment to facilitate its benefits. Diminishing barriers between countries and globalization movement triggered countries to re-evaluate their investment climate. Each company analyse particular market according to its specific features to yield targeted outcome while investing. Openness of economy, structural and governmental barriers, tax and tariff rates, corruption and crime, stability of economy and politics are some of the ingredients that affect entrance of market. Companies evaluate several factors than internationalize by utilizing ownership-advantages in specific locations. Locational determinants, environmental factors and country specific characteristics influence the amount of success. This research will test several hypotheses which propounded about Turkish market by dealing with previous studies. The aim of research is to evaluate market entrance determinants of Turkey, environmental (social, political and economical) factors' influence into decision making process, EU negotiations and investment decision, cultural proximity's relationship while entrance of Turkish market and domestic managerial tradition's influence into success of investment. Data were obtained from several institutional, governmental sources and additionally several invested company staff's interviews. To increase validity triangulation technique were used with combining primary and secondary data. Tested hypothesis were evaluated and recommendation were given in conclusion part for both county and company based.
