Özet
Eğitim sisteminin vazgeçilmez bir parçası olan beden eğitimi dersi ve geleceğin başarılı sporcularını yetiştirecek olan Beden Eğitimi Öğretmenlerinin öğretimsel liderlik özellikleri, eğitim sisteminin verimliliği açısından son derece önemlidir. Bu çalışmanın amacı; Beden Eğitimi Öğretmenlerinin öğretimsel liderlik davranışlarını incelemektir. Ayrıca çalışmada; cinsiyet, yaş, kıdem, eğitim durumu, çalışılan okul türü, kadro durumu, çalışılan kurum türü ve spor branşı gibi çeşitli bağımsız değişkenlerin Beden Eğitimi Öğretmenlerinin öğretimsel liderlik davranışları üzerine etkilerini incelemek hedeflenmiştir. Betimsel araştırma modelindeki araştırmanın çalışma grubunu Trabzon merkezde görev yapan 48'i kadın, 167'si erkek olmak üzere 215 Beden Eğitimi Öğretmeni oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak“Kişisel Bilgi Formu”ile Gün ve Summak (2012) tarafından geliştirilen“Öğretimsel Liderlik Ölçeği”kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde istatistiki yöntem olarak bağımsız gruplar için t-testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın bulgularına göre; öğretmenlerin çalıştıkları okul türü ve çalıştıkları kurum türü değişkenlerinde anlamlı farklılık bulunurken diğer bağımsız değişkenler üzerinde anlamlı farklılıklar tespit edilememiştir. Ayrıca, yaş ve kıdemin artmasına paralel olarak öğretimsel liderlik davranışının değişmediğine ve kadın Beden Eğitimi Öğretmenlerinin erkek Beden Eğitimi Öğretmenlerine oranla öğretimsel liderlik davranışı sergileme noktasında daha başarılı oldukları sonuçlarına varılmıştır.

Physical education course which is the indispensible part of the system of education and the education leadership characteristics of physical education teachers who will train the successful athletes of the future has been extremely of importance in terms of efficiency in the system of education. The aim of this study was to investigate the educational leadership behaviours of physical education teachers. Besides, in this study it was aimed to investigate the effects of various independent variables like; gender, age, seniority, educational background, type of school, status of position, type of institution and the kinds of sports on the physical education teachers' educational leadership behaviours. The study group of the research, which in the descriptive research model was consisted of 48 females and 167 males totally 215 physical education teachers working in the schools of Trabzon City Centre. As a data collection tool“Personal Data Form”and“Educational Leadership Inventory”that was developed by Gün and Summak (2012) were used in the study. As a statistical method for analyzing the data, t-test was used for independent groups. According to the results of the study, it has been found out that there are some significant differences in the type of school and the type of institution variables. However, no significant difference has been determined in other independent variables. Furthermore, it has been concluded that the educational leadership behaviours do not change with the increasing age and seniority and female physical education teachers are more successful than the male physical education teachers concerning to the educational leadership behaviours.
