Özet
Bu çalışma literatürde“murâkabe vakfı”,“tecâzüb vakfı”,“telâzüm vakfı”gibi muhtelif isimler altında ele alınmakla birlikte daha ziyade“muânaka vakfı”olarak anılan vakf türünü incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. İki ana bölüm ile bir giriş ve sonuçtan oluşan bu çalışmada, önce vakf ve ibtidâ konusunun kıraat ilmi ve Kur'an tefsiri açısından taşıdığı öneme işaret edilmiş, ardından da muânaka vakfının incelenmesine geçilmiştir. Muanaka vakfını belirtmek için kullanılan kavramların sözlük ve terim anlamları, muânaka vakfının literatürdeki durumu, muânaka vakfının sayısı ve bulunduğu yerler, günümüz İslam dünyasında basılan mushaflarda muânaka vakfının durumu ve muanaka vakfı bulunan yerlerde vakfın nerede olacağı gibi konular bu çerçevede incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde ise muânaka vakfının bulunduğu yerlerle ilgili önce vakf ve ibtidâ âlimlerinin izah ve açıklamaları, ardından da müfessirlerin bu ayetlerde nasıl bir cümle kurgusu tespit ettikleri ve buna göre ayetlere nasıl bir mana verdikleri incelenmiştir. Çalışma, elde edilen bulguların özet sunumunu içeren sonuç bölümüyle tamamlanmıştır.

This work aims to research a special kind of waqf which was called in literature as“waqf murakaba”,“waqf tacāzub”“waqf talāzum”, althought in general is called as“waqf mu῾ānaqah”. This work consists of the preface, the introduction, two main chapters, the conclusion and the bibliyography. İn this study, we especially handle the relationship between the subject of mu῾ānaqah and waqf-ibtidā, and between the subject of mu῾ānaqah and the qıraat dicipline in addition to the interpretation of Qur'ān. After this, we refer to handling the studying of waqf mu῾ānaqah. İn this context, we respectively touch on the following issues: Dictionary and term meaning of the words used in defining to this kind of waqf, the situtiation of waqf mu῾ānaqah in the qıraat and tajweed literatures, the number of waqf mu῾ānaqah and the locations in which the mu῾ānaqahs were founded, how many mu῾ānaqahs were indicated in the mushafs have been written and printed in the past and today, and in which places containing the mu῾ānaqah should be passed or stopped. In the second chapter of this work, we mention the statements and explanations made by scientists in the field of waqf-ibtidāa, after we try to identify the meanings of verses have been given by scholars in places containing the mu῾ānaqahs. The study was completed with the presentation concluded with a summary of the findings.
