Özet
Tohum mikromorfolojisine ait karakterler taksonomik değere sahip önemli özelliklerdir. Son yıllarda yapılan çalışmalar, tohum mikromorfolojisi karakterlerinin türlerin değerlendirilmesindeki önemini ortaya koymuştur. Bu çalışmada Türkiye'de yayılış gösteren Minuartia L. (Caryophyllaceae) cinsi Sabulina (Reichb.) Graebner. seksiyonuna ait taksonların tohum mikromorfolojisi bakımından birbirine olan yakınlık dereceleri belirlenmiştir. Taksonların tohum mikromorfolojisi Işık (IM) ve Taramalı Elektron Mikroskobu (TEM) ile incelenmiştir. Yapılan çalışma sonucunda, tohumlar şekil bakımından böbreksi veya yuvarlak, renk bakımından koyu veya açık kahverengi, yüzeylerinin granüllü ve yüzey hücre kenar dişlerinin düzenli olduğu belirlenmiştir. Tespit edilen karakterler tablo halinde sunulmuş ve veriler kullanılarak bir ayrım anahtarı yapılmıştır.

The characters of seed micromorphology are important features of taxonomic value. Studies in recent years have revealed the importance of the seed micromorphology characters in evaluating the species. In this study, the proximity to each other of the taxons of the Sabulina (Reichb.) sections , spreaded in Turkey, which is Minuartia L. (Caryophyllaceae) kind are determined according to the seed micromorphology. Seed micromorphology of taxons were examined by Light (IM) and scanning electron microscope. (TEM) As a result of the study, it is identified that the seeds are reniform or round in terms of shape, dark or light brown in terms of colour, their surfaces are granulose and the threads of surface cell edge are regular. Identified characters are presented in the table and a distinction key is made by using the data.
