Özet

Günümüz şartlarında giderek artan rekabet ve küreselleşme; ekonomik, teknolojik ve yönetim alanlarında yeni yaklaşımları beraberinde getirmektedir. Yaşanan bu değişimler insanların beklenti ve isteklerinde de değişime neden olmaktadır. Bu noktada yaşanan değişimlerin örgüt yönetimi ve liderlik ile bütünleştirilmesi gerekliliği ortaya çıkmaktadır. Dolayısıyla bu bütünleştirme,liderlik anlayışlarında yenilikler gerektirmektedir. Bu nedenle küreselleşmenin beraberinde getirdiği değişimin örgüte uygulanma sürecinde yetersiz kalan klasik liderlik anlayışları, yerini modern liderlik anlayışlarına bırakmış durumdadır. Dönüşümcü liderlik de günümüz koşullarında gerekliliğini hissettiren modern liderlik anlayışları arasında önemli bir yere sahiptir. Liderin,yönetim sürecinde uygulayacağı bu anlayışın ise etik kurallar çerçevesinde olması, sürecin paylaşılmasını mümkün kılacaktır. Diğer bir ifade ile liderin sergilemiş olduğu liderlik anlayışını etik normlara uygun tutumu ile takipçilerine aktarabilmesi, örgüte başarılı bir değişim süreci yaşatacaktır. Bu tür küresel gereksinimler ışığında yola çıkarak, bu çalışmada dönüşümcü liderlik etkisi ve çalışanların yönetsel etik algısı ilişkisi ele alınmakta ve buna ilişkin sonuçlar ortaya koyulmaktadır. Buna göre, araştırmanın evrenini 2014-2015 Eğitim Öğretim yılında Ankara ilinin Çankaya ilçesinde, bağımlı veya bağımsız orta öğretim kurumunda görev yapan öğretmenler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma sonucunda dönüşümcü liderlik boyutlarından; vizyon, ilham sağlama ve uygun rol modeli olma ile yönetsel etik ölçeği arasında pozitif yönlü kuvvetli; grup amaçlarının kabulünü sağlama ile yönetsel etik ölçeği arasında pozitif yönlü kuvvetli; entelektüel teşvikte bulunma ile yönetsel etik ölçeği arasında pozitif yönlü kuvvetli; bireysel ilgi gösterme ile yönetsel etik ölçeği arasında pozitif yönlü kuvvetli; yüksek başarı beklentisine sahip olma ölçeği ile yönetsel etik ölçeği arasında yine pozitif yönlü kuvvetli bir ilişkinin varlığı sonucuna varılmıştır.

Increasing competition and globalization in today's world brings new approaches in the field of economic, technological and management. These changes have led to changes in people's expectations and demands. The changes taking place at this point that should be integrated wıth the management organization and leadership emerges. Thus, this integration requires innovations in leadership. Therefore, the process of globalization, the inadequate implementation of the organization's leadership change brought about by conventional approaches, where the situation is left to modern leadership. Post-modern paradigm that transformational leadership also feels the necessity in today's conditions in the modern understanding of leadership has an important place. Leaders will be applied in the management process within the framework of the ethical rules of the understanding that will enable the sharing process. Transfer to other words that have demonstrated leadership by understanding the followers of the leader with the proper attitude to ethical norms will live a successful change process in the organization. Based on this kind of global needs light, the effects of transformational leadership and the perception of the managerial ethics of the employees relationship were examined and the results were set forth for it. Accordingly, the universe of theresearch constitutes dependent or independent secondary schools teachers at Çankaya district of Ankara in 2014-2015 Academic Year.As a result of the study; we came to the conclusion that there is a strong positive correlation among the dimensions of the transformational leadership that vision, inspirational motivation,being an appropriate role model and the scale of administrative ethics.And also a strong positive correlation between providing group aims and the scale of managerial ethics;a strong positive correlation between the intellectual stimulation and the scale of managerial ethics;a strong positive correlation between individualized consideration and the scale of managerial ethics;and there is a strong positive correlation between the scale of having idealized influence and the scale of managerial ethics.
