Özet
Haksız Rekabet iktisadi rekabetin olduğu hemen hemen tüm koşullarda ortaya çıkan bir olgudur. Haksız rekabet, adil şartlarda rekabet etmek isteyen tüm kişi ve kuruluşları olumsuz etkileyen bir problemdir. Bu çalışmada, muhasebe meslek mensuplarının karşı karşıya oldukları ciddi bir problem olan haksız rekabet ve ona sebep olan unsurları ele alan bir model ortaya konmaktadır. Çalışmanın hedefi, muhasebecilik mesleğini yürüten muhasebe meslek mensuplarını haksız rekabet davranışına yönelten, mesleğe yeni başlayanların rekabetiyle ilgili algılar ve etik yönelim'in etkilerini incelemektir. Çalışmada haksız rekabet davranışlarının ortaya çıkış sebeplerinin belirlenmesi ve etkilerini incelemek için oluşturulan modeli test etmek için kullanılan veri, anket yöntemiyle toplanmıştır. Oluşturulan anket Türkiye genelinde 135 muhasebe meslek mensubuna uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin Warp PLS 4.0 kullanılarak yapılan yapısal eşitlik analizinden elde edilen bulgular: etik yönelimdeki artış, muhasebe meslek mensuplarının haksız rekabete yönelimi negatif yönde etkilerken; mesleğe yeni başlayanların haksız rekabete katılımı pozitif yönde etkilemekte olduğunu göstermektedir.

Unfair competition is a fact that comes out in almost all condition which have includes economic competition. Unfair competition is a problem that effects every person and institution which have a desire to compete in fair conditions. This study puts forward a model which considers all the factors lead to unfair competition that is a serious problem for the accountancy ocupation members. The aim of the this study is to research, the effects of two factors that lead the accountancy occuppation members to unfair competition behavior, the perception about the competition of the beginners in the occupation and etic tendency. İn this study, the data that is used to test the model which was created to find out the reasons which causes to appear unfair competition behavior and do research its effects , is collected using survey model. The survey was applied to 135 accountancy occupation members all over Turkey. The findings that obtained Structural Equation Modeling by using Warp PLS 4.0 the data gathered put forth: the increase of ethic tendency effects, tendency of the accountancy occupation members to unfair competition negatively while beginers in the occupation effect tendency of the effects accountancy occupation members to unfair competition positively.
