Özet

Bu arastırmada, yaratıcı drama yönteminin kadınların özsaygı düzeyi ve toplumsal cinsiyet bilinci üzerindeki etkisi incelenmistir. Arastırma, Çağdas Kadın Vakfı 75. Yıl Toplum Merkezi VE Mamak Belediyesi Toplum Merkezi'nde gerçeklestirilmistir. Arastırma gruplarını Çağdas Kadın Vakfı 75. Yıl Toplum Merkezi'nde 16 deney, 15 kontrol ve Mamak Belediyesi Toplum Merkezi' nde 10 deney, 10 kontrol olmak üzere toplam 51 kadın olusturmustur. Deney ve kontrol gruplarını olusturan grupların benzer sosyo-demografik özellikler göstermesine dikkat edilmistir. İki arastırma grubunun seçilmesinin nedeni iki toplum merkezinin hizmet verdiği kesimin birbirinden farklı sosyal özeliklere sahip olmasıdır. Arastırmada veri toplama aracı olarak, Coopersmith Özsaygı Envanteri, Bem Cinsiyet Rolü Envanteri ve arastırmacı tarafından gelistirilmis Toplumsal Cinsiyet Rolü Algısı Ölçeği, Kisisel Bilgi Formu ve Soru Listesi kullanılmıstır. Arastırma, kontrol gruplu ön test-son test modelinin kullanıldığı deneysel bir çalısmadır. Deney grubuna arastırmacı tarafından hazırlanan“Yaratıcı Drama Yöntemiyle Özsaygı ve Toplumsal Cinsiyet Bilincini Gelistirme Programı”12 oturum olarak uygulanmıstır. Her bir oturum yaklasık 180 dakika olarak gerçeklestirilmistir. Kontrol grubuna hiçbir uygulama yapılmamıstır. Arastırmada nitel ve nicel veriler elde edilmistir. Nicel verilerin analizinde, deney ve kontrol grubunun ön test puanları arasındaki esitliği, son test puanları arasındaki farklılığı görebilmek için Mann-Whitney U Testi kullanılmıstır. Deney ve kontrol grubunun ön test-son test puanları arasındaki farkı bulabilmek için Wilcoxon Sıralı İsaretler Testi kullanılmıstır. Nitel veriler arastırmacı tarafından betimlenerek yorumlanmıstır. Deney ve kontrol gruplarından elde edilen sonuçlara göre, kadınların; özsaygı düzeylerinin arttığı görülmüstür, cinsiyet rolleri bakımından androjen özellikler göstermeye baslamıslardır, toplumsal cinsiyet algıları olumlu yönde değismistir. İzleme çalısması ile bu etkilerin büyük oranda devam ettiği görülmüstür.

In this research, the effect of creative drama method on self respect level (özsaygı düzeyi) and gender role consciousness of women has been examined. The research has been done in modern women and youth foundation 75 'th Year and public center of Mamak municipality. Research Groups comprised of 51 women (16 test groups and 15 control groups in Modern Women Foundation 75 'th public center; 10 test groups and 10 control groups in public center of Mamak municipality). It has been paid attention that test and control groups have shown similar socio-demographic features. The reason of choosing two research groups is that these two public centers (centrums for social service) serve to groups which have different social features. In this search, as a data gathering tool, Coppersmith's self-esteem inventory, Bem's Gender Role inventory and perception of gender role scale, Personal inquiry form and query list which are developed by researcher have been used. The research is an experimental study which pre-test/last test model with control groups has been used. "Program of self respect and developing conscious of gender role with creative drama method prepared by the researcher has been applied to test group in 12 sessions. Each session has been lasted approximately 180 minutes. There has been no application to control group. Qualitative and quantitative data have been gathered in the research In analyzing quantitative data, Mann-Whitney U Test has been used to see equality between pre-test points of test and control group. Wilcoxon Rang Test has been used to find out differences between pre-test and late-test of test and control group. Qualitative data has been commented by describing by the researcher. According to results gathered from test group and control group, in both public center, ıt has been observed that creative drama method has increased self respect of women, By the creative drama method, women have begun to show androgen features in terms of gender roles, with the creative method, gender role perceptions of women have changed in a positive direction. As also follow up study with this impact continued as great respect.
