12 ABSTRACT Firs of Allah, Praise be for Allah who is lord of universe and Sustainer of the living, Peace be upon the last Prophet, Hz. Muhammed who is the first arc hitect of the civilization of Islamic Culture. Humananity has been in different economic activities during the process of the history, the main factors on which. These activities are basis are Labour and Capital. When a economic system are examined, it is observed that There are many many economic rules in activities of this economic rules in activities of this economic system. İslam is a religion that regulates all relations between Human and Allah, in the some time it regulates secular relations in the world. For this reason, is lam has also a economic system. We are as scholars must study on the economic rules of İslam. İslam doesn't attach importance only to spiritual hapiness but also to ma terial hapiness. We can summarize the results acquired from the study that is called“The consept of the profit in Islam”: a) Although There is not any limit for profit in verses of Qoran and The words of Hz. Muhammed (s.a.v.), scholars of İslam improved some limits for profit. b) İslam has forbidden the happening of market prices in it's own rules and profiteeving. c) According to the İslam, profit is belong to the person who has the go ods. In this study, I dwelt on above matters and just-unjust profit ways.
