Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı Türkiye'de engelli çocuğa sahip ailelerin yapısını, toplumsal ve eğitsel sorunlarını belirlemektir. Karma modelde olan bu araştırmada veri toplama araçları olarak araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen Engelli Çocuğu Olan Ailelerin Profili Anketi (EÇEPA), Engelli Çocuğu Olan Ailelerin Sorun ve Beklentileri Görüşme Formu, Engelli Çocuğa Yönelik Toplum Davranışı Ölçeği ve Engelli Çocuğun Eğitimine İlişkin Yeterlik Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Bu kapsamda Ankara ilindeki merkez ilçelerden 342 ebeveynle çalışılmıştır. Toplanan veriler SPSS-21 paket programına işlenmiş ve bu program yardımı ile analiz edilmiştir. Buna göre, ölçme aracının içerisinde yer alan ölçeklerin yapı geçerliğine ilişkin açımlayıcı faktör analizi ile, ölçeklerde yer alan maddelerin iç geçerliklerine madde-toplam korelasyon analizi ile bakılmış, ölçeklerin iç tutarlık güvenirlik katsayıları Cronbach Alpha Güvenirlik katsayısı ile test edilmiştir. Ölçeklerden elde edilen algı ve yeterlikler arasında anlamlı farklılık olup olmama durumlarına 2 kategorili değişkenler için bağımsız örneklem (Independent-Sample) t-testi ile 2 den fazla kategorili değişkenler için tek yönlü varyans (One-Way Anova) analizi ile bakılmıştır. Demografik özelliklere göre bazı anket maddelerindeki dağılım düzeyleri arasındaki farklılığa ki-kare analizleri ile bakılmıştır. Görüşme formları ise betimsel analizle ve içerik analizi ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre engelli bir çocuğa sahip olmak ailelerin yapısını, işleyişini, toplumsal ilişkilerini ve eğitsel süreçlerini etkilemektedir. Ancak engelli çocuğa sahip ailelerin bu özellikleri toplumun kendilerine yönelik davranışlarını algılama dışında benzer sosyo-ekonomik ve kültürel tabakadaki ailelerden çok da farklı bir görünüm taşımamaktadır. Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlar tartışma ve sonuç kısmında geniş bir şekilde ele alınmıştır.

The aim of this study is to determine the social and educational problems of the families with disabled children. In this term, it is aimed to detect the general features, social lives, issues related to their children's education and the social relations of the families with disabled children. In this study, which has a mixed model, a questionnaire developed by the researcher and called as“The profile of the Families with Disabled Children Questionnaire”, The Problems and the Expectations of the Families with Disabled Children Form“ , ”The Scale of Social Attitude towards the Disabled Children“ and The Scale of Disabled Children Education Capability”are used. 342 parents from Ankara city took part in this study. The data are processed to SSPS-21 and analysed with the help of this program. According to the data gained, commentary factor analysis related to structural validity of the scales is maintained. Internal validity of the factors in the scale is gained via Cronbach Alpha Fidelity Co-efficient. The Depending on the parents themselves, the spouses, the disabled children and the demographic structure of the family the perception and sufficiency of are compared. The variation between the allocation level of the some of the questionnaire factors are tested via x2 tests analysis. The meeting forms are analysed via commentary analysis and content analysis. According to the survey; having a disabled child affects the family structure, functioning, social relations and educational process. However, the characteristics of families with disabled children has not hold a very different view of the families in simular socio-economic and cultural layers except for the behavior of their perception of society. The data gained from the study discussed in the discussion and conclusion chapters.
