Özet
Bu çalışmada, askeri talimname ve nizamnamelerde belirtilen temel esasların 1918-1923 döneminde Milli Ordu tarafından eğitim ve muharebelerde kullanılma etkinliği ortaya konmuştur. Modernleşme gayretlerine XVIII yüzyıldan sonra hız verilen Osmanlı Ordusu'nda, bir taraftan yeni harp silah ve teçhizatı alınırken diğer taraftan da eğitim ve öğretimde yapılan değişikliklerle Avrupa Ordularına ait askeri talimname ve nizamnamelerin tercümeleri yapılmıştır. Bunların arasında da, daha çok Prusya Ordusu'na ait esaslar kabul gördüğünden, askeri okullardaki eğitim ve öğretimde buna göre düzenlenmiş ve harp sahasında uygulanmıştır. Bu uygulamalar, en doğru biçimde Türk İstiklâl Harbi'nde görülmektedir. Bununla birlikte, başarının asıl sahipleri, harp usul ve esaslarını doğru uygulayan üstün komuta kabiliyetine sahip komutanlar, mutlak itaat ile sonsuz azim ve cesarete sahip Türk askeri ile bu mücadeleyi destekleyen ve onu yetiştiren aziz Türk Milleti'dir.

In this study, the basic principles of military manuals and regulations set forth in the 1918-1923 period used in training and combat effectiveness have been revealed by the National Army. After the modernization efforts of the XVIII century speed the Ottoman army in military manuals and translations of regulations belonging to a party of the new warfare weapons and equipment while getting the other hand, in Europe with the changes made in education and training military were made. Among them, it is more accepted principles of the Prussian army, in education and training in military schools and has been implemented in this war organized by the field. These applications are most properly in the Turkish War of Independence. However, the actual owners of the success of war rules and commander with superior command capability that applies the principles of truth, and with endless perseverance and courage and obedience to support this fight with Turkish soldiers and saints of the Turkish nation who raised him.
