Özet
Academic successes of the university youth joining the activities of folklore are positively affected as in other social, cultural and physical performance. Folk Sciences Departments to be consisted in all our Universities would assure a certain scientific quality for cultural politics of our country and enable an auto-control of every kind of organization, research contest and exhibition due to the connection to central location. Preserving the authentic specifications of folklore activities such as music, dance and costumes will be possible through proficient experts from the centers mentioned above. Despite the fact that folklore is an art of stage, the alterations to be made shall not affect the authentic structure and the limits of such changes are to be set by authorized experts. Those types of research I attempt to undertake should be made throughout the country with more financial sources and potential.^ Accordingly, the advancement and remittance of our cultural values together with the developing technology to masses can be possible. Furthermore, historical, technical, folklores and contemporary information are given in the first section. Finally, a more enhanced substructure work that is especially originated at the secondary education will make the purposes mentioned above for the devotion of university youth for Turkish folklore much more possible.
