Özet
Bu çalışma; Selçuk Üniversitesi, Sağlık Bilimleri Fakültesi, Hemşirelik Bölümü birinci, ikinci, üçüncü ve dördüncü sınıf öğrencilerinin bakım davranışları algıları ve ilişkili faktörlerin belirlenmesi amacıyla tanımlayıcı ilişkisel türde yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemini 679 hemşirelik öğrencisinden, verilerin toplandığı gün okulda olan ve çalışmaya katılmayı kabul eden 530 öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Veriler 23 sorudan oluşan 'Tanıtıcı Bilgi Formu' ve 'Bakım Değerlendirme Ölçeği (BDÖ)' ile toplanmıştır. Verilerin istatistiğinde bağımsız gruplarda t testi ve tek yönlü varyans analizinden yararlanılmıştır. Farklılığı aramak için Tukey testi kullanılmıştır. Anlamlılık p<0,05 olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Öğrencilerin yaş ortalaması 20,6±3.3olup % 82,8'i kadın, % 99,2'si bekardır. Öğrencilerin %50,6'sının hemşirelik mesleğini isteyerek seçtiği, %58,7'si derslerin bakım vermeye yönelik yararlarının oldukça fazla olduğunu, %44,5'i klinikte hastalara bakım verme işini gerçekleştirme düzeyinin orta olarak değerlendirdiğini, %79,2'sinin hasta, hasta yakını ya da hemşire ile bakım verme ya da alma sürecinde olumsuz bir deneyim yaşamadığını belirtmiştir. Öğrencilerin BDÖ toplam puan ortalamasının 5,0±0,9, alt boyutlardan en yüksek puan ortalamasının 5,5±1,1 puan ile Güven Verici İletişim alt boyutunda, en düşük puan ortalamasının ise 4,5±1,2 puan ile Beklentiler alt boyutunda olduğu bulunmuştur. Ölçeğin toplam puanında, kız öğrencilerin puan ortalamasının, erkeklerden anlamlı şekilde yüksek olduğu, dördüncü sınıfların diğer sınıflardan daha düşük puan ortalamasına sahip olduğu saptanmıştır. Derslerin bakım vermeye katkısının fazla olduğunu düşünen öğrencilerin katkıyı az bulan öğrencilere göre ölçek puan ortalamalarının yüksek olduğu, kendi verdiği hasta bakımını değerlendirmede; bakım verme düzeyini kötü değerlendirenlerin en düşük, iyi/çok iyi değerlendirenlerin ise en yüksek puan ortalamasına sahip olduğu, klinikte hastalara empati yapmadığını söyleyen ya da empati yapıp yapmadığını bilmeyen öğrencilerin ölçeğin alt boyut puan ortalamasının benzer olduğu, empati yaptığını düşünen öğrencilerin ise puan ortalamasının bu iki gruptan da yüksek olduğu bulunmuştur. Bu sonuçlar doğrultusunda, gerek klinik uygulamada gerekse teorikte bakımın öğrenciye sevdirilmesi amacıyla, hemşirelerin ve hemşire eğitimcilerin birbiriyle uyumlu olarak işbirliği yapması, öğrencilerin klinikte bakım verme deneyimlerinin mutlaka desteklenmesi ve öğrenciyi motive edici geribildirimlerle özgüveninin arttırılması, hemşirelik eğitim müfredatının, hemşireliğin özü ve en eski rolü olan bakımı temel alacak şekilde düzenlenmesi önerilir.

MASTER THESIS / KONYA-2016 This study; has been performed in the descriptive relational type in order to determine the perceptions of care behaviors of first, second, third, and fourth-grade students of Selcuk University faculty of health sciences and related factors. The sample of research was constituted by 530 students of total 679 nursing students who were present at school on the day while the data were collected and who agreed to participate in the study. The data were collected by“Identifying Information Form'' ”consisted of 23 questions and 'Caring Assessment Questionnaire'. t test and one-way analysis of variance were used for data statistics in independent groups. Tukey test was used in order to find the discrepancy. The significance was evaluated as p<0,05. The average of age of students was 20,6±3.3 and % 82,8 of the students were female and % 99,2 of them were single. There were found some facts that %50,6 of students have chosen the nursing profession intentionally, %58,7 of them specified that the lessons had enough benefits to give caring services, %44,5 of them specified that they evaluate the level of realization of caring services in clinic at medium-level, %79,2 of them told that they had not a negative experience with the patient, patient relative and nurse during the caregiving or caretaking process. There was found the total Care Q point averages of the students was 5,0±0,9, the highest point average of sub-dimensions was found in Reassuring Communication sub-dimension as 5,5±1,1 points and, the lowest point average was found in the sub-dimension of Expectations as 4,5±1,2 points. There was obtained some findings as; the point averages of female students were significantly higher than the point averages of male students in the total points of the scale and the fourth-grade students had lower point averages than the other classes. There were also found some facts as; the averages of scale points of the students who think the lessons have much contribution for caregiving were higher than the students who find the contribution insufficient, in evaluating the caregiving level for the patients in clinic; the students who evaluated the caregiving level as“bad”had the lowest point average and the students evaluated the caregiving level as“good/very good”had the highest point average, also for evaluating the state of empathizing with the patients; the point averages of the students who told they do not empathize with the patients or do not know how to do it was similar at the sub-dimension of scale and the point average of the students who think they empathize with the patients were higher than the other two groups. In accordance with these results, some facts are recommended as collaboration between nurses and nurse trainers, supporting the caregiving experiences of students in clinic and increasing the self-reliance of students by motivator feedbacks, regulating the curriculum of nursing using the essence of nursing and care that is the oldest role of nursing as a base in order to endear the care either in clinical practice or in theoretical meaning.
