Özet
Bu çalışmada asetofenon, 4-asetilbifenil ve 4-asetildifenileter bileşikleri kullanılarak önce bunların keto oksimleri (isonitroso halleri), sonra fenilglioksim ve bunun klorofenilglioksimi sentezlendi. Yine asetofenon, 4-asetilbifenil ve 4-asetildifenileterin hidrazin ile hidrazon bileşikleri sentezlendi. Daha sonra bu hidrazon bileşiklerinin, sentezlenen keto oksimler ile reaksyonundan kondensasyonu gerçekleştirildi. Ayrıca hidrazon bileşikleri ile klorofenilglioksim ile yer değiştirme reaksiyonları ile hidrazano oksim türevleri izole edildi. Elde edilen bileşiklerin molekül yapıları Elemental Analiz, FT-IR ve 1H-NMR spektroskopik yöntemleri kullanılarak aydınlatılmıştır.

In present study, keto-oximes (isonitroso states) were synthesized first time from acetophenone, 4-acetylbiphenyl and 4-acetyldiphenylether, Then phenylglyoxime synthesize and from it chlorophenylglyoxime was synthesized. In the second stage acetophenone, 4-acetylbiphenyl and 4-acetyldiphenylether with hydrazine and hydrazone compounds were synthesized.. then these hydrazone compounds with the synthesized keto oximes condensation reaction It was carried out. Also hydrazone compounds with chlorophenylglyoxime replacement reactions hydrazano oxime derivatives were isolated. The molecular structure of all the compounds synthesized Elemental analysis, FT-IR and 1H-NMR is illuminated using spectroscopic methods.
