Özet
Lojistik faaliyetlerinin yalnızca taşımacılık hizmetinden ibaret olmadığının işletmeler tarafından anlaşılmaya başlanması, lojistiğin kendisinin de yapısal anlamda değişmesine imkân sağlamıştır. İşletmelerde yapılmakta olan lojistik faaliyetlerden beklenen yararın sağlanabilmesi, lojistik faaliyetlerin başarısında rol oynayan değişkenlere bağlı olmaktadır. Dolayısıyla çalışmada, işletmelerdeki lojistik faaliyetlerin süreçsel etkinliğinde rol oynayan değişkenlerin lojistik performansa ve işletme performansına etkisini tespit etmek, bu değişkenlerin işletme performansına etkisinde lojistik performansın aracılık etkisi olup olmadığını belirlemek amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma TRC1 Bölgesi'nde bulunan OSB'lerde faaliyet gösteren işletmeler üzerinde yapılmıştır. 298 orta ve üst düzey yöneticiden toplanan veriler SPSS ve AMOS paket programlarıyla analiz edilmiştir. Yapılan analizler neticesinde; lojistik faaliyetlerin süreçsel etkinliğinde rol oynayan değişkenler ile lojistik performans ve işletme performansı arasında anlamlı ilişkiler tespit edilmiş, lojistik faaliyetlerin süreçsel etkinliğinde rol oynayan değişkenlerin işletme performansı üzerinde, lojistik faaliyetlerin süreçsel etkinliğinde rol oynayan değişkenlerin lojistik performans üzerinde, ayrıca lojistik faaliyetlerin süreçsel etkinliğinde rol oynayan değişkenlerin işletme performansına etkisinde lojistik performansın aracılık (mediator) etkisinin olduğu bulgularına ulaşılmıştır.

When it was understood by companies that the logistic activities are not just transportation services, logistics has allowed itself to change in structural terms. Achieving the expected benefits of logistics activities in the enterprises depends on the variables that play a role in the success of the logistics activities. Therefore, in the study, it was aimed to determine the effect of the variables that play a role in the procedural effectiveness of the logistic activities in the enterprises on the logistic performance and the operation performance and to determine whether these variables are the intermediary effect of the logistic performance on the operational performance. The study was carried out on businesses operating in OIZs located in TRC1 Region. The data that were collected from 298 medium and top-level managers were analyzed with the SPSS and AMOS Package Programs. As a result of the analyzes made; It was found that there are significant relationships between the variables that play a role in the process effectiveness of logistics activities and the logistic performance and the performance of the operations. The variables that play a role in the process effectiveness of the logistics activities have a positive effect on the operational performance, the variables that play a role in the process effectiveness of the logistics activities, (mediator) effect of logistic performance under the influence of performance.
