Özet

Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus yazıldığı zamandan günümüze kadar, bilhassa ülkemizde yapılan Tractatus okumalarının ve Tractatus ile ilgili yazılan makale, kitap ve yapılan çevirilerin neredeyse tümü belli bir perspektifi aşamamıştır. Bu perspektifi belirleyen düşünsel arka plan ise daha çok İngiliz deneyci felsefe ve Ernest Mach'ın felsefesi olmuştur. Bunun sebebi ise Tractatus'a hâkim olan dilin müphemliği, aforizmatik şekli ve Wittgenstein'ın Russell ve Analitik Felsefe üyeleri ile olan bireysel ilişkisidir. Bunun bir sonucu olarakta pozitivist filozofların Tractatus'u sahiplenmeleri olarak yorumlayabiliriz. Tezin amacı ise bu güne kadar yapılan Tractatus okumalarının birçoğunun Tractatus'un asıl amacını ıskaladıklarını göstermektir. Bunun bir sonucu olarak da Wittgenstein'ın ulaşmak istediği amacı ortaya koyarak Wittgenstein'ın felsefesini açık kılmaktır. Tezin kapsamı Wittgenstein'ın ilk eseri olan ve birinci dönemi olarak kabul edilen Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus ile sınırlı olacak ve Wittgenstein'ın diğer eser ve dönemleri incelenmeyecektir. Tezin amacının tam serimlenebilmesi için yirminci yüzyıl Viyana'sı ve bu döneme etki eden düşünürler ile Tractaus ile ilgili yazılmış olan metinler irdelenecektir. Bunun için kullanılan yöntem ise tamamen metin araştırması olacaktır. Araştırmayla ulaşılan sonuç, Witgenstein'ın aslında karşıt olduğu katı pozitivizm içine oturtulmuş olduğudur. Oysaki Wittgenstein için temel problem, bilimin alanı ile değerler alanının birbirinden ayırt edilemeyişidir. O hiçbir zaman metafiziği inkâr etmemiştir. Bu yanlış okumanın sebebi ise doğrudan Tractatus'u okuyup anlamak yerine hep belli bir perspektif ışığında değerlendirmek olmuştur. Bu bağlamda Tractatus'u Wittgenstein'ın kendi istediği etik bakış açısıyla okumak kanımca hem Wittgenstein felsefesini daha iyi anlamayı sağlayacak hem de felsefenin temel sorunsalından olan etik için yeni açılımların oluşmasına yol açacaktır. Bilhassa ülkemizde yeni bakış açılarının gelişmesine imkân sağlayacaktır.

Almost all of the articles, books and translations on Tractatus made in this country have failed to reach a certain perspective since Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus was written. The intellectual background that determined this perspective was mostly British experimental philosophy and the philosophy of Ernest Mach. The reason for this is the ambiguity of the language that dominates Tractatus, and the individual relationships between Wittgenstein, Russell and members of the Analytical Philosophy movement. One of the conclusions which can be drawn from this can be interpreted as the positivist philosophers' ownership of Tractatus. The purpose of this dissertation is to show that many Tractatus readings made up to this date have missed the original purpose of Tractatus, and as a consequence, it is necessary to open up the philosophy of Wittgenstein by revealing the aim that Wittgenstein wanted to achieve. The scope of this thesis will be limited to Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus, the first work by Wittgenstein and accepted as his first period; other works and periods of Wittgenstein will not be examined. To fully illustrate the purpose of the thesis, Twentieth Century Vienna and the thinkers that were active during this period, as well as the texts written about Tractatus, will be examined. The method used for this will be restricted to text research. The conclusion reached by this research is that Tractacus is placed in strict positivism, which Wittgenstein opposed. The main problem for Wittgenstein, however, is that the domain of science and the domain of values cannot be distinguished from each other. He never denied metaphysics. The reason for this misreading has always been to evaluate Tractatus from a certain perspective, rather than reading it and understanding it. In this context, reading Tractatus from Wittgenstein's own ethical point of view will lead to a better understanding of Wittgenstein's philosophy, as well as the emergence of new expansions for ethics from the fundamental problem of philosophy. In this country in particular, it will allow for the development of new perspectives.
