Özet
Günümüz rekabet ortamında mal ve hizmet üreten işletmelerin müşteri memnuniyeti büyük önem kazanmıştır. Karlılıklarını sürekli arttırma amacındaki işletmelerin, ürünleri müşteriye hızlı ve zamanında ulaştırmasını zorunlu hale getirmiştir. Müşterinin ürünü beklenilen kalite, fiyat ve zamanda tedarik etmesi önem arz etmeye başlamıştır. Bu durumda lojistik faaliyetlerin etkin bir şekilde gerçekleştirilebilmesi yönelik çalışmaların yapılması gerekmektedir. İşletmelerin karşılanamayan talep problemi en önemli problemlerden biridir. İşletmeler performanslarını kısıtlayan bu durumu ortadan kaldırarak sistemlerini iyileştirme çabası içindedirler.Bu noktada Kısıtlar Teorisi işletmelerin sahip oldukları kısıtları tespit edip, bu kısıtların ortadan kaldırılması, yönetilmesi ve/veya iyileştirilmesi yönünde işletmelere çözüm sağlayan bir yönetim aracı olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Çalışmada öncelikle, işletmenin lojistik faaliyetlerini geliştirme ve arttırma yönünde çözüm önerileri araştırılmıştır. Bununla beraber sistemi bir bütün olarak ele alan Kısıtlar teorisi yaklaşımı ile işletme incelenmiştir. Sistemin kısıtları tespit edilerek nasıl iyileştirileceği veya ortadan kaldırılacağı konusunda çözüm önerileri sunulmuştur. Kısıtlar Teorisi işletmelerin birçok alanında kullanılmakta ve kullanımı sonucu yüksek başarı elde edilebilmektedir. Çalışmada, kısıtlar teorisi mantık ağacı düşünce süreçleri üzerinde durulmuş, mantık ağacı düşünme süreçleri olan; mevcut gerçekler ağacı, buharlaşma bulutu, gelecek gerçeklik ağacı, önkoşul ağacı ve geçiş ağacı uygulanmıştır. Yapılan çalışma sonunda firmanın lojistik operasyonları ile ilgili sorunların bulunduğu tespit edilmiş ve bu sorunların altında yatan nedenler ve çözüm yöntemleri araştırılmaya çalışılmıştır.

In today's competitive environment, customer satisfaction of businesses producing goods and services has gained great importance. Enterprises aiming to continuously increase their profitability have made it obligatory for the customers to deliver products quickly and on time. It is important for the customer to supply the product at the expected quality, price and time. In this case, it is necessary to carry out studies aiming at realizing logistics activities effectively. The unmet demand for businesses is one of the most important problems. They are in an effort to improve their systems by removing this situation, which limits their performance. At this point the Constraints Theory business is confronted as a management tool that identifies the constraints that they have and provides a solution to the operations to remove, manage and / or improve these constraints. In the study, firstly, a solution proposal for improving and increasing the logistics activities of the operator was searched. However, the operation of the system with the concept of Constraints, which treats the system as a whole, has been examined. The system has identified limitations and proposed solutions for how to improve or remove them. The Constraint Theory is used in many areas of business, and its success can be achieved with high success. In work, the logic of constraints is the process of thinking, the logic tree is the process of thinking, current reality tree, evaporation cloud, future reality tree, prerequisite tree, and transition tree. At the end of the study, it was determined that there were problems with the logistics operations of the company and the reasons underlying these problems and their solutions were tried to be investigated.
