Özet
İkinci Yeni Şiiri, Modern Türk Şiiri için önemli bir duraktır. 1950'li yıllarda ilk ürünleri ortaya çıkan bu şiir hareketi, içinde bulunduğu dönemde pek çok eleştirinin de odağında olmuş, uzun süre kendisinden söz ettirmiştir. Bununla birlikte İkinci Yeni Hareketi bugün hâlâ sevgi ve dikkatle okunan şiirleriyle hem geniş okur kitlelerine hem de yeni ekollere ilham verecek güçte bir etkiye sahip olduğunu da göstermiştir. İkinci Yeni şairleri şiirlerindeki konuları farklı teknik, dil ve duyarlılıkla ele almaları nedeniyle Modernist bir çizgide değerlendirilmişleridir. Modern Türk Şiiri'nin mihenk taşı kabul edilebilecek bu şiir hareketinin tarihe bakışı da elbette edebiyat ve tarih ilişkisini ortaya koymak açısından önemlidir. Çok eskiden beri bazı ortaklıklar kuran edebiyat ve tarihin, şiir düzleminde ele alındığı örneklerde geçmişi algılama, tarihî yorumlama biçimi çoğu kez bu formun çerçevesindeki darlık nedeniyle daha kısa, öz, ve vurucu olmuştur. Bu özellik İkinci Yeni'nin de şiire getirdiği yeniliklerle yer yer örtüşür. Bununla beraber İkinci Yeni'de tarihin ele alınışı önceki gelenek ve örneklerden farklıdır. Durdukları andan geçmişe bakan İkinci Yeni şairlerinde geçmiş ve an ilişkisi girift ve sorgulanması gereken bir zemindir. Bu sorgulayıcı tutum şairleri tarih felsefesinin kıyısına bırakırken sanat üretimlerine sorunsallaştırılan bu tarih algısı yansır. Elimizde içinde yaşadıkları günün siyasi, sosyal, iktisadî etkilerine açık ama bunu kendi birikimi içinde anlayıp yorumlayan sanatçılar ve eserleri durmaktadır. Tarihsel olanın algılanışı, tanımlanması ve sanat üretimine dönüşmesin de pek çok faktörün etkisi açıktır. Ortaya çıkan tarihî içeriğe sahip metinlerdeki çeşitlilik geçmişin ya da geçmişe ait olanın yorumlanmasındaki önemi ve farklılıkları gösterdiği gibi bu hareket içindeki her bir şairin tarih odağında özgün tavrını da sergiler. Tarih onlar için nostaljik bir atmosfer yaratımı değildir. Tarih; bağlamı, olgusu, nedenselliği içinde sorgulanan bir disiplindir ve kaydettikleri kadar kaydetmedikleri nedeniyle de eleştirilerin odağıdır. İkinci Yeni şiirinde tarih bugünü anlamlandırmakta ve yarını kurmakta bir araç olduğu kadar her yönüyle anlaşılması ve anlatılması gereken bir amaçtır da.

Ikinci Yeni Poetry is an important stance for Modern Turkish Poetry. This poetry movement, which first appeared in the 1950s, was at the center of many criticisms during the period and it was spoken about much. Besides, Ikinci Yeni Movement, with its poetry still read lovingly and carefully, has proved its powerful influence that inspires both the readers and the new movements. Poets of Ikinci Yeni were evaluated from a modernist view because of their different techniques, language and sensitivities while handling their topics. The viewpoint to history of this poetry movement, which can be considered as the corner stone of Modern Turkish Poetry, is absolutely important in terms of revealing the relation between literature and history. In the examples of poetry, in which literature and history that established some partnerships for a long time, the way of perceiving the past and interpreting the history have been briefer, more concise and striking because of the narrowness of the poetic form. This feature overlaps somewhat with innovations brought by the poetry of the Ikinci Yeni. However, the handling of history in Ikinci Yeni is different from previous traditions and examples. For Ikinci Yeni poets, who stood at the moment and looked back, the relation between the moment and the history was intricate and it was a ground that needed to be questioned. While this questioning attitude leaving poets on the edge of philosophy of history, this perception of history was also reflected on their art products. Now, we have the artists and their works of art that are exposable to the political, economic and social atmosphere of their time but perceived and interpreted by the own intellectuality of these artists. The influence of diverse factors is apparent in the perception of historical things, their identification and their transformation into artistic production. The diversity in the texts with historical content showed the differences and the significance in the interpretation of the past, as well as the unique attitude of each poet in this movement. The history is not the creation of a nostalgic atmosphere for them. The history is not only a discipline being inquired in its own context, matter and causality; but it is also the centre of the critics because of what it recorded and what it did not. In the Poetry of Ikinci Yeni, the history is a tool of III making the current day meaningful and setting the future as well as being the aim that needs to be narrated and to be comprehended in its every aspect.
