Özet
SUMMARY The investigation, among 138 being hospitalized patients at observing and practising hospital of Cumhuriyet Universty in order to research of their loneliness position at hospital and also the effecting factors in this lonelines, and the way of solution and also so asto make their loneliness clear, has been made as an explainer. The datas had been collected by observer via developed from which is called“to determine form about the loneliness position of the patient at hopsital”and at the same time, the other one“UCLA- loneliness scale”which had been done whether it has common reliability and trustability by Ayhan Demir. In evaluating of the datas being got were used the tecniques which are named Kolmogrov Simirnov and Chi-square and also the importance test. The obtained results of this investigation could be classified in this way. The social-demographic behaviour resulted that the loneliness patient is not influenced by the individuals while it has an opposite sense with the educational status of individuals. The loneliness patient pointed out that, they gave correct information by resulting there is a relationship between the definition of loneliness and their hospital life.The most of them are carried their life alone at the hospital and they feel it very frequently especially when they leave from their spouses at first time, during being at the hospital. This is also relevant with the situation of anxiety of illnesses, sadness cases, 96longest treatment, to become alienated from their spouse and home, and to be a foreign this atmosphere. The individuals that leave the loneliness, they wants to share this problem in using some public communication devices or with somebody. They like to share the feeling firstliy their relatives or the hospital nurses. The most of patients stressed that some of the hospital nurses do not feel the patient loneliness condition, when they feel it, they have try to approach for a help by talking or listening them. They also wants to help from the nurses for the explaining of treatment condition, always being smilingly, helping their problem etc. Nearly the all of the patients, they have less problem for the general loneliness problems, by the that half of them have the hospital loneliness problem. When the general loneliness level higher, close to all patients have a similar problem which is relevant with the hospital loneliness. Most of the individuals they are able to sort out this problem during the hospital life. Suggestions will be given as a results of obtained datas. 97
