Özet
İsnad sistemi, tarihte başka örneği bulunmayan bir bilgi aktarma yöntemidir. Ancak bu sistemin belkemiğini oluşturan cerḥ ve taʿdîl kaidelerinin bazı sorunlara sebep olduğunu da kabul etmek gerekir. Bu sorunların başında Hz. Peygamber'den nakledilen söz, fiil ve takrîrlerin büyük bir kısmının râvîlerinin durumundan dolayı reddedilmesi gelmektedir. Ayrıca hadis kaynaklarının dışındaki devasa külliyât, sened ve metin kusurları ile sünnet ihtivâ etmemeleri gerekçe gösterilerek görmezlikten gelinmiştir. Geri kalan rivâyetler ise Kurʿân'a, aklın ilkelerine ve bilimsel verilere arz edilerek tenkid edilmiştir. Bu ayıklamalar sonucunda Hz. Peygamber'in sözleri, fiilleri, takrîrleri ve sîretinde yerine konulması güç kayıplar meydana gelmiştir. Bu sorunların çözümüne katkı sağlamak ve söz konusu kayıpları telafi etmek üzere yeni bir usûle ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. İsnad sisteminin yapısından istifade edilerek oluşturulacak bu usûlde râvîlerin ahvâline dair mevcut değerlendirmeler dikkate alınmamalıdır. Ayrıca bu usûlün amacı sünneti değil, hadisleri tespit etmek olmalıdır. Bu tezde Bütünsel Yaklaşım adıyla, klasik hadis usûlü ve külliyâtının bazı araç ve yöntemlerinden faydalanılarak rivâyetleri birleştirmek suretiyle daha kapsamlı kurgular oluşturabilecek yeni bir yöntem ortaya konulmaktadır.

The isnad system is an unprecedented way of transferring information. However, it should be acknowledged that the principles of jarḥ and taʿdīl, which form the backbone of the system, cause some problems. The first of these problems is the rejection of the majority of the words, deeds, and approvals of the Prophet due to the information regarding the narrators. Moreover, a vast amount of narrations outside the sources of the hadith are ignored due to the problems in sanad and matn flaws and lack of sunnah. The remaining reports are criticized and rejected in the light of the Qur'an, the principles of reason and the scientific data. As a result of this weeding out process, serious losses caused within the words, deeds, approvals and sīrat of the Prophet which is difficult to be replaced. A new method is needed to contribute to the solution of these problems and to compensate for the losses mentioed-above. In this method which will be formed by taking advantage of the structure of the isnad system, the existing evaluations regarding the narrators should not be taken into consideration. Moreover, the objective of this method should be the identification of the hadiths, not the sunnah itself. In this thesis named as“the integrative approach”, a new method which can reveal more comprehensive stories (or fictions) is set forth by combining narrations using some means and methods of classical hadith methodology and literature.
