Özet
Literatür taraması Giresun bölgesinde yapılan işlemeler ile ilgili bir çalışma yapılmadığını görtermiştir. Yapılan alan taraması bölgede kanaviçe işlemelerin yaygın olarak yapıldığını göstermiştir. Bu durum, problemin“Giresun ve Çevresinde Bulunan Kanaviçe İşlemeler”olarak belirlenmesini sağlamıştır. Araştırmanın amacı; yörede bulunan kanaviçe işlemelerinin tespiti, tespit edilen özelliklerin sistematik bilimsel bir yöntemle kayıt edilmesi ve fotoğraflarının çekilerek görsel yolla belgelendirilmesidir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, Giresun ili ve çevresinde bulunan kanaviçe işlemelerin gözlenebilir özellikleri ve ürünlere ait bilgileri hazırlanan gözlem fişlerine kaydedilmiştir. Gözlem fişleri ile örneklerin tür, teknik, malzeme, renk, konu ve kompozisyon özellikleri belirlenmiş, örneklere ait genel ve detay fotoğrafları çekilerek araştırmanın katalog bölümüne yerleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada, gözleme dayalı alan taraması, görüşme ve kaynak tarama yöntemleri uygulanmıştır. Merkez ve çevre ilçelere gidilmiş, tespit edilen tür ve motif açısından farklılık gösteren 46 örnekle araştırma sınırlandırılmıştır. İncelenen örneklerin gözlem fişleri katalog bölümünde yer almaktadır. Değerlendirme bölümünde; ürünlere ait tür, teknik, malzeme, kompozisyon özelliklerine yer verilmiştir. Ulaşılan sonuçların aktarıldığı ve kanaviçe işlemelerin devam edebilmesi için önerilerin sunulduğu Sonuç ve Öneriler bölümü ile araştırma metni son bulmaktadır. İncelenen örneklerin sahipleri, kaynak kişi olarak iletişim bilgileri ile birlikte kaydedilmiştir. Yaptığımız araştırmanın Giresun'da yapılan el sanatları alanlarında işleme-nakış sanatının tanıtımına katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.

In the literature research performed, it has been determined that there have not been any studies conducted with regard to canvas embroidery in Giresun region. The problem, which also states the significance of the research, has contributed to determining the study subject as“Canvas Embroideries Made in Giresun and Around Giresun”. The aim of the study; It has been intended to detect canvas embroideries found in houses, to record the determined properties with a systematic scientific method and to document them visually by taking their photographs. In accordance with this purpose, the observable properties and information of canvas embroideries found in and around Giresun province were recorded on the prepared observation forms. Through observation forms, the type, technique, material, color, subject and composition characteristics of the samples have been determined; the general and detailed photographs of the samples have been taken and placed in the catalog section of the study. In the study, the methods of field scanning based on observation, interview and literature screening have been used. The centrum and surrounding districts were visited; the study was limited to 46 samples that were detected as different in terms of type and pattern. The observation forms of the samples examined are in the catalog section. The information about type, technique, material, composition and pattern has been included in the evaluation section. The study ends with Conclusion and Suggestions parts, in which the results are presented and the suggestions are made for the continuation of canvas embroideries. The owners of the samples examined were recorded with their contact information as references. It is thought that the study conducted will contribute to the promotion of embroidery art, one of the handicrafts in Giresun.
